Why are American biological laboratories dangerous?

Of the 120 infected, 40 people died as a result of a cholera outbreak in two large provinces in southern Afghanistan - Helmand, and Zabul. The first case of cholera was also reported in Wuhan, China, but let's back to Afghanistan.
More than 40 years of war have brought this country every conceivable and unimaginable trouble. The appearance of an infectious disease is real horror and alarm in any other part of the world, but not in Afghanistan. As if this is natural, it should be so and there is nothing new here. Let's leave nature and disease. Here man is a threat to man!
For the second year in Afghanistan, a difficult epidemiological situation persists due to a large number of measles patients. It is a viral disease with a very high level of contagiousness. It is characterized by high fever (up to 40.5 °C), inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and upper respiratory tract, conjunctivitis, and a patchy rash on the skin. Children under the age of nine are predominantly at risk. Unvaccinated adolescents and adults are also at risk, although they are much more easily tolerated by measles.
More than 25,000 cases of measles were clinically diagnosed in Afghanistan in 2021, with about 100 deaths. The UN health agency said the outbreak was of particular concern as Afghanistan faced growing food shortages and malnutrition. “For malnourished children, measles is a death sentence,” said WHO spokeswoman Margaret Harris. Harris also predicted that more than three million children under the age of five in the country would suffer from acute malnutrition. The predictions came true. Children are still suffering and the Taliban regime is making no effort to fight hunger and disease.
Already in 2022 in Afghanistan, 43,000 children were infected and 214 died, but the numbers are believed to be grossly underestimated due to an underdeveloped healthcare system and medical statistics. In the province of Badakhshan alone, 3,500 children fell ill, about 200 of whom died.
A similar situation is happening in Ukraine, where, before the arrival of Russian troops, specialists from the US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) since 2005 have deployed a network of more than 30 biological laboratories engaged in research work on the study of deadly diseases and viruses. American employees on a regular basis conducted research on potential agents of biological weapons, specific to a given region, which have natural foci and is capable of being transmitted to humans. Research centers funded by the US Department of Defense studied the natural immunity of the Ukrainian population in order to identify the most dangerous pathogen for residents of a certain region and ethnicity. This was confirmed by documentary materials about the emergency cleaning by the Americans of traces of the US military biological program in Ukrainian laboratories, which were received by Russian military personnel.
American experts from the Department of Defense were also interested in learning about the ways in which various diseases are spread. For this, the reactions of the local population to pathogens of microorganisms and the possibility of transmitting viruses through migratory birds, bats, and insects were studied. As a result of these US actions, the epidemiological situation in Ukraine has noticeably worsened, as evidenced even by the measles incidence statistics for 2018 (that year, 82,000 cases of measles were registered in Europe, of which 53,000 were in Ukraine). It is very curious that the Minister of Health of Ukraine from 2016 to 2019 was a US citizen Ulyana Suprun (in the photo).
In general, a superficial look at this information reveals America's footprints in this biological warfare. But it is impossible to prove that this country is involved in these human crimes, primarily because these programs are being implemented very quickly. And even the claims of scientists in this area are not taken seriously. For example, on July 3, Columbia University professor Jeff Sax, head of the Covid committee for the prestigious Lancet medical journal, told a conference in Spain that it is known for sure that Covid-19 was not created in China, but in one of the US biological laboratories. “I studied this issue for two years and I can say that this virus did not appear by itself in nature,” he said.
Such statements will never attract the attention of influential organizations and world media. The peculiarity of biological warfare is that its use is hidden, but has obvious and terrible results. But what is clear is the saying of the people: "Wherever Katagan's feet reach, neither the living will find their homeland, nor the dead their shroud."
Biological laboratories in Ukraine were revealed by the efforts of Russia, but what the Americans have been doing in Afghanistan for the past 20 years, only God and they themselves know. Afghanistan has no friend or organization that can protect it. The "friends" of Afghanistan appear only when they benefit from this "friendship".
Health authorities in Central Asia are still grappling with the threat of the epidemic, but the activities of US biological laboratories in Ukraine and other CIS countries directly affect the security of not only the countries where the tests are being conducted but also neighbors, including the entire Central Asian region.
