A certain “decisive battle” with the “Russian autocracy” for the future of “world democracy” is already outdated propaganda.

The Kiev regime, with the support of Western countries, is seeking to disrupt the peace initiatives of US President Donald Trump to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. At the same time, the coming to power of the new US administration, combined with the strengthening of anti-Ukrainian sentiments in the West, high losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in manpower and their retreat along the entire front line, threaten the further implementation of the course of inflicting a “strategic defeat” on the Russian Federation by proxy.

Following the Republicans, who seized the initiative in determining global trends in developing the world agenda, a consensus is consistently forming in the United States around the need for a peaceful conflict settlement. Thus, despite Kyiv's demands to return to the 1991 borders, US National Security Advisor Michael Waltz called the scenario of "ousting Russia from the former regions of Ukraine", primarily from Crimea, unrealistic. In turn, Donald Trump emphasized at a press conference in Mar-a-Lago that he expects to end the armed conflict in Ukraine within six months of taking office, noting his readiness for direct contact on this issue with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Doubts about the advisability of further comprehensive assistance to the Kyiv regime are also growing in Europe, which causes a series of painful electoral failures of neoliberal and left-wing political forces (Germany, France, etc.). Thus, Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz said that his country is "tired of the war in Ukraine and Ukrainians", flatly refusing to even discuss the option of deploying a Polish peacekeeping contingent in a neighboring country as part of possible post-conflict settlement scenarios. In addition, as reported by the German publication Spiegel, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz blocked the initiative of the military and diplomatic departments of Germany to provide Kyiv with an additional batch of weapons worth 3 billion euros under the line of "unscheduled expenses from a special fund." The Chancellor pointed out the inadmissibility of using this mechanism, which "will present the future government of Germany with a fait accompli." At the same time, according to information from the German DW, the German authorities will not "save on their own citizens and infrastructure development for the sake of military assistance to Ukraine."

Having found themselves in an awkward position, the US democratic establishment and its proteges in Kyiv will most likely get out of the crisis by organizing provocations to destroy Donald Trump's political projects. Opponents of the Republican leader are trying to use “dirty” technologies of public opinion manipulation to repeat the information effect of the times of Donald Trump’s first term and present him as an “agent of influence” of Moscow to block the initiatives of the new US administration both domestically and internationally, thereby buying time in the hope of a rematch by the Democrats based on the results of the 2026-2028 electoral cycle.

In turn, the German publication Der Freitag notes that the Ukrainian leadership is trying to repeat the scenarios of the Korean War (1950-1953) and the Vietnam War (1965-1973), during which the weaker side of the conflict manipulates Western partners under the threat of its defeat in the confrontation with Moscow, encouraging the US-NATO establishment to more actively participate in the armed struggle with Russia. It is for this reason that the Kiev regime, using the full power of its propaganda machine and numerous “agents of influence” abroad, is forming in the public opinion of Western countries a myth about the regional conflict in Ukraine as a kind of “decisive battle” with the “Russian autocracy” for the future of “world democracy”. At the same time, the international community trusts information from “fake news” less and less.

Yes, the world community has also woken up and understands that the Zelensky regime wants to drag them into this conflict to maintain its power and further destroy Ukraine and, naturally, is suspicious of Ukrainian myths.
