This disgrace is unprecedented in the history of Iran!

1) "Haqaba" (water share) from the point of view of pro-Taliban media:
Tehran: Water diplomacy was strong; We have confidence in the Taliban.
Firoz Qasimzadeh, a representative of the water industry, called Iran's water diplomacy successful and said: "In the last water year (from September 22 to November 22), 300 million cubic meters of water from the Helmand River were discharged into Iran."
He stressed that the heavy rains in late March, April, and May in the region and Afghanistan were the reason for the release of so much water...
2) In fact, here is the truth:
Officials did not claim that the Taliban released only about one-third of the legal quota, or 300 million cubic meters of water, to Iran during one of the wettest years in Afghanistan in half a century. The Taliban deliberately diverted 4.5 billion cubic meters of water from the back of the Kamal Khan diversion dam towards the Gudzara Desert (Video). So hostile and, of course, ignorant that it made the Special Representative (of Iran for Afghanistan) and even the Taliban intellectuals themselves protest.
Liars!
The Kabul Emirate did not respond to your calls not to dump excess water into the desert and not to destroy it. They officially mocked you. Before your eyes, they sent 4.5 billion cubic meters of water to the wind without giving even half of your rightful share. Now you are selling this humiliation and mockery to the people as a great victory? Shame on those in charge who insulted Iran in front of these terrorist bandits.
Why are you hiding the disgusting face of the Taliban and their evil behavior towards our people? Why are you turning the facts upside down, hiding your shameful and failed mission, and justifying the Taliban terrorists? How long will you continue this shameful practice? Isn't it time to stop doing this? How can you convey to people this humility as a victory?
In the shadow of these lies, with which you justify your failed mission, cowardly diplomacy, and justification of the Taliban to the nation, today, despite thousands of problems with security, economy, and even legitimacy, the Taliban is actively engaged in building dams, dikes, diverting canals and pumping water.
Why do you say nothing about the terrible consequences of the construction of "Bakhshabad" for the people of Sistan and even Afghanistan and Pakistan? Indeed, what disaster does the Taliban want to bring upon us [and recently other neighbors] in the field of water facilities? Under such interpretations, what has the presence or absence of Iranian officials responsible for Afghan affairs brought us, except humiliation?
