Will Russia's allies in Central Asia suffer from its cooperation with the Taliban?

Putin, who has stated that the Taliban is our ally in the fight against terrorism, refers to the Pashtunist/Afghanist nature of the Taliban. Because of their Pashtunist nature, the Taliban are interested in fighting many of their comrades in arms who are fighting for global jihad.
Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and other terrorist groups working with the Taliban, who believe that jihad knows no borders and must invade Islamic territories of China and Russia, have worked with the Taliban for years so that the group can gain power in Afghanistan. The Taliban promised their colleagues that they would provide them with protection by taking power. Now, if the Taliban fulfills this promise, it means that they will allow various terrorist groups to carry out attacks against Iran, China, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. If he allows this, all the countries in the region will turn against the Taliban and the government of this group will be overthrown.
Therefore, the Taliban have to fight against their brethren so that the countries in the region allow the Taliban to maintain power. As Vladimir Putin stated, the Taliban is ready for such work and is interested in it. In fact, the Taliban have used cross-border terrorist groups as a tool. He hunted with their help and now fights against them to maintain his power. This is the nature of Pashtunism/Afghanism - cunning, deceit, falsification, lust for power, and exploitation.
Just like Ghani and Karzai conspired against those (resistance forces) who were instrumental in their rise to power, and over time sought to Pashtunize the government structure and destroy the non-Pashtuns. The Taliban have also colluded with their allied terrorist groups. Ayman al-Zawahiri was sold to the United States, and many others may be sold to Russia, Iran, and China. This is a characteristic feature of Pashtunism.
Let us recall that Russia is in contact with the Taliban through Pashtun communists who are active in the Taliban structure. These Pashtun communists destroyed communism in favor of Pashtunism. They are doing the same with Taliban Islamism.
However, we urge the anti-Taliban political forces to get to the bottom of the matter and know that for every Pashtun politician, both left and right, infidels and Muslims, it is an unshakable principle to act based on Pashtunist thinking.
I believe that Russia, China, and Iran are not too concerned about the Taliban and the terrorists who cooperate with this group. They think they can control them. But in this bloody and shameful deal that Russia is making with the Taliban (cooperating to fight militant groups that Russia considers a threat), Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will suffer the most. They have more vulnerabilities and trust Russia more for their security. We also see Russia making a deal with terrorists and not caring about the problems of its Central Asian allies.
