Response to Russian “expert” Maxim Shevchenko, who supported the Taliban government and called Ahmad Shah Massoud a “French spy” in the “Свободная пресса” YouTube channel program.

Dear “Свободная пресса” (Free Press)!
I have never seen such a so-called “Afghanistan expert.” Shevchenko is a lobbyist for the terrorist group Taliban.
The Taliban is an Anglo-Saxon idea created by Pakistan and financed by Saudi Arabia (Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto herself admitted this). The group was founded in Pakistan (read the book by Karneel Imam, an officer of the Pakistani intelligence service ISI, the man who himself created the Taliban).
The Taliban is an army created solely to fight Russia, China, and Iran and conquer Central Asia. Ahmad Shah Massoud had nothing to do with “French intelligence”; he knew only French, and studied it as a child at the Istiklal Lyceum. He was a strategic partner of Russia (GRU officer Anatoly Tkachev is alive, and Shevchenko should visit him). The USA and Pakistan called Masud a “KGB spy” (a book of the same name with a photograph of Masud and Alexander Knezev on the cover was published in Pakistan).
Everything Shevchenko says here is a pure lie, a figment of his imagination, and an insult to the people of Afghanistan. He doesn't even know that the Taliban have deprived women of the right to study, work, and simply walk the streets. Widows cannot work and to find food for their children, one of them is sold. To date, the Taliban emir has issued 83 decrees against women.
Shevchenko! Read and find out why the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was founded. The reason was the Taliban - “NATO's Islamic Army”. The Taliban still supports and nurtures more than 20 terrorist organizations and intends to plant the banner of Islam in the Kremlin with the help of Russian Islamic extremists (by the way, they are already walking under your nose).
ISIS is under the control of the Taliban. ISIS leader Shahab al-Muhajir was a former operative of the Haqqani network, which Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani leads. Afghanistan is not in the hands of the Taliban but is de facto controlled by al-Qaeda. Dozens of pieces of evidence, phone numbers, and names of Al-Qaeda members who hold important positions in the Taliban government are known.
Does this “expert” know that all modern schools in Afghanistan are closed and replaced by “madrassas-ul-jihads”, where they teach and train intihari - kamikazes? Does he know that the entire government has been usurped by the Pashtuns?
You insult Tajiks and Uzbeks. Fine. Give an example of at least one Pashtun book, even its title. Those you support have brought nothing to Afghanistan except ignorance and obscurantism.
Does Shevchenko think that the Russian intelligence services now opposing the Taliban are stupid? Why did the Taliban not go to the meeting of the Contact Group of Russia, China, Iran, and Pakistan in Tehran (June 8), but will take part in the meeting in Doha (which will be held under the leadership of the UN (i.e. the US and the West) on June 31 and July 1, 2024)?
Who provides $40 to $80 million in cash to the Taliban every week? USA! Shevchenko, do you understand?! The USA, not Russia or even China with Pakistan and Iran! You have to be a complete idiot and believe that they will be friends with Russia and the rest.
I repeat, everything Shevchenko says is a lie, and, apparently, he is deeply hurt by the fact that he was robbed by irresponsible armed groups during the civil war in Afghanistan when the country was truly drawn into a state of chaos.
Dear journalist, Shevchenko does not understand the situation in Afghanistan at all, does not know its history and you do not understand. It is better to invite a competent expert from Afghanistan or Tajikistan, and not this “expert” who has no information about Afghanistan at all and is simply lying to the Russian people.
The same terrorist attacks that ISIS carried out in Russia (Crocus, Rostov-on-Don, Dagestan) are all controlled from Afghanistan. It is logical that “experts” such as Shevchenko are indirectly involved in these attacks.
Shevchenko has the right to express his point of view but does not have the right to lie and mock the people of Afghanistan. It's a shame, not an opinion.
And in the end, Shevchenko, would you like to live in a state ruled by the Taliban? Do you like being woken up early in the morning and forcibly taken to the mosque to pray? Or are they beating you with a cable because you didn't go to the mosque? Do you like wearing a beard like the Taliban? Do you want your daughters to be banned from going to school? Of course not. You live in a civilized, free, and safe state.
This is how we want to live too. Or do you not consider us worthy of such a life? Don't wish for the people of Afghanistan what you don't wish for yourself, and don't lobby the Taliban. We, too, like in Russia and the rest of the world, want to live like people, and not according to medieval laws and under the rule of these Islamic monsters.
Sincerely
Farid Ahmad, editor-in-chief of the Sangar website
