From Abdul Rahman to the "Taliban", the policy of the Pashtun rulers has been to expel non-Pashtuns from their ancestral lands and replace them with Pashtuns not only internally but also externally. What we see today in the Uzbek areas of Faryab, the Hazaras of Daikundi, and the Tajiks of Takhar

- Invitation of Indian Afghans to take Tajik lands:

Abdul Rahman even invited Indian Afghans to come to Afghanistan from India to take the fertile lands and green areas of the northern regions of our country and live a peaceful and glorious life to achieve the destruction of other ethnic groups in the country:

"If your livelihood, which belongs to King Abdullah Khan, and your tribe, which belongs to you, becomes in the same interest of India and the British country, then it is better not to imagine Afghanistan entering the interest. I have passed over the benefit that comes to you from the government of Afghanistan, you’re coming that is not through friendship and grief is a partner, one loss to the government of Afghanistan, and ten general losses to you and your property and children! No matter how hard I try and how much I prevent the enemies who have come to your enmity and are waiting for the time and opportunity, from your enmity and I have been worried about you and your enemy’s day and night….

No wise person tolerates the loss of another without cause and direction. And if you do not spend time in the borders of the country and your job is to unravel, it is limited to coming to Afghanistan! Assume that the housewife in question, all the owners of property and credit, and people are worthy and right. To place the mentioned family in the "interest of the country of Afghanistan", in the land full of water, grass and settlement and "wide plain", such as "Qatghan", and to use them in my place of residence, whether in property or agriculture. Bob and benefit be removed. And have fun with them so much that they do not know the limits of a place in the world better than that! And if they have piety, I will give piety and give them land to live on, so that as much as they have livestock and as much as they cultivate, they will have fun and have a good time. And the land that I set aside for them to live in will be free from the participation of other people, and the same family will use its water and grass for their agriculture and livestock. And they will be very satisfied with the emergence of my compassion and kindness, and the family that I place in the above-mentioned limits will be a collective help for me, who is so homely to his people in the kingdom of Qatghan and the outskirts of Afghanistan and across the sea. I have replaced Amaya.

Of course, for the sake of the crowd! Your return to one house out of ten houses, separating it and handing it over to me, and I will settle them in the land of Qatghan, will be the reason for the appearance of your partner's sorrow and my trust and consolation with you. And the family that I want to be credible and talented and worthy people is for the people of the neighbourhood to know and see that a certain number of families of the Afghan people have so many righteous, zealous, wealthy, and wealthy people that they settle in their land. And no one will be able to take their land. "In that case, the family will be the arm of the government and my wing, and if they are unemployed and poor at home, they will be remembered."

Abdul Rahman's invitation to the Pashtun tribes of India to Afghanistan proved that the Emir of the time, due to his sinister intentions, had handed over the fertile lands of the Tajiks to the British-Indian Indians as "usurpers" and "illegally"; This deprived the Tajiks of legal and private property in their homeland until they were forced to serve on their usurped lands as mercenaries and landless peasants for the usurping foreigners.

In other words, the Amir of the time "usurped" the "rights" of the Tajiks and "forgave" them to the Pashtuns of India, so that these Pashtuns could receive the same Tajik land from the pharaonic policy and government of Jabbar Abdul Rahman with a gift. They were willing to defend their property, which is evidenced by history.

Did not such an action of the Amir of Kabul strengthen the "national identity crisis" in favour of maintaining and perpetuating his chauvinist and inhuman rule over the blood and skin of all people, both Muslim and non-Muslim in our country?

Whereas Afghanistan shared borders with neighbouring countries; Among the Tajik people who were persecuted, destined, military violence, forced displacement, murder, etc. The minarets were built by the rulers of Abdul Rahman; The rest of those who survived Amir Kabul's agents were forced to flee to Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, British India, China, Iran, etc., with irreparable casualties and tragic hardships.

Meanwhile, when the property and lands of these people of the north of the country who left abroad or were killed, were distributed by the Emir of Kabul to the Pashtun tribes of British India and the homeland, the war stirred up. In this regard, Dr Musa, a respected Afghan scientist, and young researcher writes about the settlement of foreign Pashtuns in Afghanistan:

"Thousands of Pakistani Pashtuns have been resettled in different parts of Afghanistan."

"Children of Pakistani Pashtuns have been resettled in different parts of Afghanistan."

The authoritarian and racist governments of the time continued to resettle Pakistani Pashtuns for political, anti-humanitarian, and anti-Islamic purposes in the northern, Hazaristan, western, Kabul, southern and eastern provinces of Afghanistan from the time of Abdul Rahman to the Taliban. Violence escalated into hostilities between Pashtuns and other ethnic groups in the country, further exacerbating the "national identity crisis."

After Abdul Rahman's death, in the evening of his son Amir Habibullah Khan, with the announcement of a general amnesty, some Tajiks returned to Afghanistan from abroad. Among them is Mahmoud Khan, a Tajik living in the "Baraneh" area of the old city of Kabul, who had fled to Kashmir with his family during the "bloody era" of Abdul Rahman Farari. After the announcement of a general amnesty by Amir Habibullah Khan, Mahmud Khan returned to his paternal area in the Baraneh district of Kabul. Mahmud Khan had a son named Mohammad Azam Mahmoudi. And Mohammad Azam Mahmoudi left six children named: "Dr. Abdul Rahman Mahmoudi, Dr. Mohammad Rahim Mahmoudi, Mohammad Azim Mahmoudi, Noorullah Mahmoudi, Habibullah Mahmoudi and Amanullah Mahmoudi" who played an important role in the country. Especially the late "Dr Abdul Rahman Mahmoudi" had special fame and popularity in Afghanistan and his social, medical, political, and cultural services are well remembered in the history of Afghanistan. Among the Mahmoudi brothers, only Mr Amanullah Mahmoudi is currently alive in Afghanistan, and the rest have all passed away.

In short, when Amir Abdul Rahman after the bloodshed, displacement, forced relocation, and genocide of the northern tribes; officially handed over the lands of these people to his compatriots and close associates, it created another "national identity crisis" in this area in the northern provinces between Pashtuns and other ethnic groups. In other words, "new" hostilities were created between Pashtun and non-Pashtun tribes in the northern provinces since the time of Abdul Rahman, which created another obstacle to the establishment of institutions of "religious solidarity", "nation-building", "national unity" and "state-building". Brought.

Unfortunately, during the time of Amir Habibullah (son of Abdul Rahman) and especially during the rule of the Al-Yahya dynasty, the settlements of the internal nomads and the British-Indian Pashtuns by the rulers of the time violated the human, Islamic and national interests of our country on grasslands and lands. Indigenous peoples of the north, including Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, Turkmens, etc., of Afghanistan, have become more widespread, which has fueled new ethnic tensions between the non-political people of our country and further expanded the "national identity crisis." forgave.

I wish that Abdul Rahman, Amir Habibullah and Al-Yahya were at least sincere and compassionate and compassionate for their Pashtuns; That formally administered government land in a humane, legal, and just manner for landless Pashtuns inside Afghanistan, not the lands of Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, Turkmen, Baluchis, Ghezelbash, Bayats, Hindus, Sikhs. He usurped the Jews, Jews, etc. of other ethnic groups in Afghanistan to achieve his political and personal goals, and handed it over to his Pashtun tribes, both internally and externally, which has been "critical" so far.

Will the Tajiks of our country, including the Tajiks, forget such oppression, loss of rights, displacement, usurpation of property, killings, etc. of the minarets that have been endured by the mercenary kings and authoritarian rulers of Afghanistan in the past?

In the belief of this line, as long as, for example, the personal lands of the people of the north, including Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks, Turkmen, etc., the tribes of the country are not practically returned to their heirs and original owners; There will be no trace of the "Transitional Justice" Foundation in this part of the country, and the "enmity" between Pashtuns and non-Pashtuns in the northern, central, western and other provinces of Afghanistan will continue for many years in favour of our local and foreign enemies. . As long as the roots and causes of violence, hostility, loss of rights, oppression, ethnic greed, and enmity exist among all ethnic groups in Afghanistan and all our people, Muslim and non-Muslim, in our country, there just national and democratic rights are not met; It is impossible to establish the foundations of "national unity" and "glories" in the economic, cultural, social, etc. infrastructure in Afghanistan.

It is up to the existing generation of Tajiks in our country to learn from the past and present events wisely, consciously, and logically, not to be hindered by "revenge", to build their self-confidence, and to defend just human rights. Civil, national and democratic, let them be ready and united with other ethnic groups in the country so that the dark past will not be repeated on them and other condemned people of Afghanistan.
