How and why are the so-called mullahs and clerics employed by the intelligence service?

In the eastern societies, which are mostly under religious, emotional and humanitarian feelings, the intelligence organizations choose the beads from the influential spectrums and strata of the society. In religious countries and mainly traditional societies where religion is the first word, the selection of intelligence agents for such projects is made from among the clergy. Because this stratum, considering the wide influence they have among the people, can achieve the goals sooner. While in societies where the role of religion and tradition is less, artists, university professors, and even famous writers assume this role. Anyway, the role of clerics in the success of an intelligence project in poor and backward countries is important and significant for several reasons:
First, the speech of the cleric class, who owns the pulpit of a mosque, has more influence on the mentality of the people, and because people are not aware of the intention of a cleric in the way he speaks, and it is more about the belief and religion aspect, along with the emotions associated with it. They look at it, its effect on people's mentality is far more effective and significant. The way of portraying falsehoods and lies that are far from reality, which is closely aligned with the world of politics, make people think that what a cleric says is directly related to their religious values and is a religious advice sheet. There have been more and more examples of it in the past;
Second, the clerical class is a group mostly unaware of the realities of politics, cut off from understanding the goals of intelligence organizations, and ignorant of the objective realities of society. They even deal with religious values with emotions and they want to decide every issue with violence. While in the Holy Qur'an, comprehensive research and evaluation of news and events has been repeatedly emphasized and recommended so that decisions are not taken without consultation.
"O you who believe, if I come to you as a transgressor, you will see that the people will suffer with ignorance. (Surah Al-Hujarat, verse 6); O you who believe; If an evildoer brings you news, investigate so that you don't attack an innocent group without knowing it, and regret your actions later when you find out".
The word transgressor refers to a person who disobeys Almighty Allah and goes towards divine sin. In this verse, Allah Almighty refers to the principle of acting upon the news; but in the case of a transgressor and someone who does not accept the obedience of Almighty Allah; He orders neither to reject nor to accept, but to investigate. In fact, by ordering an investigation, it reveals the invalidity of the corrupt news. But the main problem is that this group, not only do not have the right knowledge of intelligence tricks and enough knowledge to rely on it; Rather, they are mostly strangers to the history of the country and the history of Islam, and they have no proper study and understanding of the objective historical facts of Islam in order to avoid mistakes and make hasty decisions in the light of it. This class plays a key role in excommunicating and rejecting faces, people and structures, and because they have the means of supporting the people, they become an undeniable force and gain extraordinary power;
Thirdly, the class of so-called clerics, like other human beings, soon succumbs to power and is attracted by material things, and they submit to study it in any way. This weakness exists in all human beings, but it is more prominent in the clergy. Maybe it is not surprising and it is considered a normal thing why most of the clerics have power and wealth and have good material facilities at their disposal. They think more about material things and try to keep the world's treasure, which has no survival, always full;
Third, clerics never reconcile with reality. This causes them to deviate and ignore the main message of religion, which is to convey the message of truth. Seeking the truth and seeking to know the truth is something that is part of human nature. But disobedience of it, natural thing often. It is on this basis that this issue is raised in the Qur'an as follows:
"Thara al-Nas e la Ya'alamoun" (Surah Rum, verse 30) translation; so Focus on the pure religion of God! This is the nature on which God created humans, there is no change in the divine creation, this is a stable religion, but most people do not know.
This verse says ; That is, the religion that is inclined towards truth, truth and correctness from all deviations, deviations, superstitions and errors, is the religion of Islam and the pure and pure religion of God. The sum of this sentence means that you should always pay attention to a ritual that is free of any deviation and distortion; it means that religion is the truth and seeking the truth is in the nature of all human beings. While the majority of the clerics seek to use their position and reputation in the society to achieve personal and group goals. Realizing this weakness, intelligence organizations try to satisfy this group, recruit them sooner and make them playthings in their games;
Fourth, the clerical stratum, with its great weakness of resentment, jealousy, and pessimism, becomes the prey of intelligence organizations. Religious, ethnic and linguistic nervousness further fuel this weakness and cause clerics at any level to fall into the trap sooner and become nothing more than an intelligence project.
In the verses of the Qur'an, the rejection of hatred, jealousy and pessimism is mentioned and it is considered an ugly and unpleasant trait in a person, and it has considered the prophets (peace be upon them), the believers and the people of heaven free and pure from it.
"Neither do you praise goodness, nor do you defend it with that which is good, so if there is enmity between you and him, it is as if he is a good guardian." (Surah Fuslat verse 34)
Good and bad are never the same; Repel evil with good, suddenly (you will see) the person who is an enemy between you and him, as if he is a warm and intimate friend! With such a strong message from the Holy Quran, the clerics surrender to religious materialism and follow human hopes and dreams from behind the pulpit. While jealousy and hatred are rejected in Islam and based on the explicit texts of the Holy Quran, many recommendations have been given for believers in this regard.
However, considering these facts, a very important question arises in everyone's mind, why do large intelligence organizations with abundant financial and economic resources and extraordinary security capabilities choose tools from among the clergy? This question requires the following answers:
First: Hiring clerics is very simple considering the above reasons and there is a high possibility of hiring them for the purposes of intelligence organizations. Realizing the weakness of people targeted by intelligence organizations is one of the first steps to attract them in intelligence projects;
Second: The glamor of ceremonial life and religious material is more attractive to the mullahs. And this group gets trapped sooner. The greed and greed of this class with multiple costs, not only makes the conditions favorable for attracting them to intelligence projects, but also prepares the ground for the weakness to be a trap for them to be caught in the grip of intelligence organizations forever. ;
Third: The class of Mullahs works earlier than emotions and it is these emotions that lay the basis of any hasty action. Mullahs with high coercive power, indescribable and unparalleled emotions, make every decision based on emotions rather than in the light of reason and logic resulting from religious orders.
So, after this discussion, it will be seen that the stratum that are the most victims and preys of intelligence organizations are the clerical stratum and mullahs. Intelligence organizations and their connected networks are well aware of this inherent weakness of this stratum and always use this stratum as a tool to implement their intelligence programs. A weakness that not only destroys a nation but also discredits a religion whose message is humanity and trust.
