What connection does the terrorist attack in Moscow have with the regional strategy of terrorism?

After the deadly attack in Moscow, there have been many speculations about the nature, origin, possible links related to this attack and its goals. Of course, one thing must be said that this attack is part of the strategy of disintegration of terrorist groups and slicing it into small parts, which one of its components is chain attacks. The simple example of these attacks that happened in Tehran, Turkey, China and Moscow alternately.
First, in order to analyze this issue, it is necessary to understand the three main components of this strategy, which the Taliban are obliged to implement under the name of ISIS under the order of the United States:
- Nucleation of large terrorist groups to carry out cross-border attacks;
- Chain attacks from Türkiye, Tehran, and Moscow to China;
- More focus to carry out attacks on the embassies of Asian allied countries in Kabul and other capitals.
It is in this sense that by carrying out such attacks, they try not to find the clue of the story and the zigzag tactic to divert attention to unknown directions. An example of this is that the US insist that ISIS is involved in the Moscow attack. The Russians, not clearly; but they have made implicit comments and despite the arrest of the perpetrators, they have not pointed the finger of accusation at any party. Maybe the Russians are waiting for the end of the investigation of the perpetrators of the incident to find the main clue of the story. Still, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, except ISIS Khorasan "name in the air" which carries out terrorist activities in an invisible way. Iranians and Chinese have not yet recovered from the shock of the attacks on their soil. But one thing is clear that these targeted and chain attacks can be a big shock in the direction of adopting a consistent, united and followable strategy on the part of the Asian allies. Something that harms the process of interaction with the Taliban and its honeymoon will come to an end.
But the situation shows that behind the attack of Moscow and Tehran are the terrorist rings in Afghanistan and the Middle East. According to the instructions of Doha, the Taliban had an obligation to disguise the region with serious security challenges by these groups. Because the program has not progressed according to the pre-determined agenda, and it is seen that it is not possible for these Taliban-backed groups, of which Jamaat Ansarullah is one of them, to attack the interests of Russia, Tajikistan, or other allies of Moscow as a group. Because by fabricating and cellularizing them, by changing the strategy and creating small terrorist circles that have the ability to launch destructive and terrorist attacks, the topic has changed. Of course, it must be said that the level of preparations and possible reactions of Iran, Russia and Tajikistan, which includes China in a larger circle in terms of security interests, played a prominent role.
The reason why we say that the Taliban are behind this dangerous terrorist scenario and that the Taliban has not yet taken an official position in this regard is that the author followed the reactions in the social media, such as Facebook, Telegram and Instagram, and the network X, which is mostly assigned to the Taliban and their sympathizers, on the day of the Moscow incident. I realized that there was a celebration of joy and happiness among the members of the Taliban after this attack was carried out and the number of casualties increased in Moscow.
This means that this shows that the views of all extremist religious and ideological terrorist groups such as the Taliban, Al-Qaeda and ISIS and other terrorist groups such as Ansarullah of Tajikistan, Chinese Uyghurs, Uzbek fighters and others regarding causing casualties, increasing the volume of terrorist attacks and disrupting Building social security in the geography of Asian allies like Iran, Russia and China is the same. It is difficult to understand on which logic and perspective the region has interacted with the Taliban. But what is clear is that soon the situation of interaction with the Taliban and the region will undergo a dramatic change.
Now, the strategy of fabricating terrorist groups capable of carrying out terrorist attacks across the borders of Afghanistan is a new strategy that has been put on the agenda. It was for this reason that Mehdi Arslan, one of the famous Ansarullah commanders of Tajikistan, is missing. The reason is that by eliminating the leadership of these groups, various rings of suicide bombers are formed from among them and are designed for specific purposes. This method is a new tactic that works effectively in terms of maintaining and maintaining this group, logistical support and its connection with events such as the Moscow incident.
Recently, one thing is very clear that the roots of Moscow's attacks are in Badakhshan and Jamaat Ansarullah based in that province, which are very closely related to ISIS. Badakhshan is the center of ISIS activities, which is completed by a triangle consisting of (Badakhshan, Kunar and Nooristan provinces), its connecting link with terrorist groups from Central Asian countries and China. At the same time, this work can remove the Taliban from the accusations of being involved in such attacks. In the new information that has been revealed, ISIS is trying to expand the ring of urban attacks, and for this purpose, it has reorganized its officials.
