The United States and the Taliban are implementing joint plans outlined in the hidden annexes to the Doha agreement.
FIRST:
The Taliban is holding secret and open talks with the Americans over five US military bases in Afghanistan and US control of Afghan airspace. If the Taliban accepts the US demands (which it does), US-Taliban relations will return to normal. The Taliban seem to be reluctant to accept the two demands for fear of anti-US and anti-occupation elements in their ranks, but preparations will be made over time. Anti-American elements are either killed, isolated and weakened, or persuaded to accept. There is intelligence cooperation between the United States and the Taliban in this regard (The CIA Counterterrorism Director has reportedly met two times with Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani for the past months. The CIA headquarters at the Sirina Hotel in Kabul are still active.) The ranks clearing commission has a key role to play in carrying out this mission. The Row Cleanup Commission plays a key role in this mission. It is no coincidence that Abbas Stanekzai speaks confidently about normalizing relations with the United States, and uses the word "God willing". He pretends that normalizing relations with the United States are a good thing and that the opposition must understand this. Stanekzai is the most mysterious and deceitful figure in the Taliban leadership, who is the designer of joint cooperation between the United States and the Taliban. As a deputy of the minister of foreign affairs, he is working hard to strengthen ties with the United States. At first, he was somewhat isolated, but as US economic pressure increased, he re-emerged, emphasizing the need for improved relations with the United States, with strong rhetoric.
SECOND:
The money of Afghanistan blocked by the United States is not to the detriment of the Taliban, but a deliberate move in favor of the Taliban. If this money was in the hands of the Taliban, it would have been a pity by now and the Taliban's financial support would have been lost. The Americans are waiting for the Taliban regime to become more established and to have the capacity to make the most of the money. In fact, the money laundering was a planned move and a joint decision between the Taliban and the Americans. This pursues three goals: 1) Prevents wasting and preserves the Taliban's financial credibility; 2) Provides an excuse for continued dialogue between the United States and the Taliban on secret issues. Those who oppose US-Taliban relations and have a purely jihadist and doctrinal view of the issues are convinced that having a relationship with the US is for the good of the UAE.
THIRD:
Taliban-US talks on ISIL do not focus on how to fight ISIL. Rather, the goal is how the Taliban cooperate with ISIS. The United States is urging the Taliban to facilitate the presence of reserve and the hideout of ISIS. This is an executive guarantee that the Taliban will live up to its commitments to the United States. If the Taliban wants to refuse to implement agreements with the United States, ISIS will be used against the Taliban. Just as the United States intends to maintain air dominance in Afghanistan, it is using ISIS as a proxy ground force. ISIL remains active in Afghanistan like the eyes and ears of the United States. Talib has no choice but to reach an agreement with the United States. Rather, the United States and the Taliban are implementing joint initiatives outlined in the annexes to the Doha Agreement.
