The United States and the Taliban are implementing joint plans outlined in the hidden annexes to the Doha agreement.
FIRST:
The Taliban is holding secret and open talks with the Americans over five US military bases in Afghanistan and US control of Afghan airspace. The Taliban seem to be reluctant to accept the two demands for fear of anti-US and anti-occupation elements in their ranks, but preparations will be made over time.
