The legend of compatriotism with Afghans has ended and the era of good neighborliness has begun.

A few words about the "Government in Exile".

Mr. Ahmad Massoud raised the issue of the "government in exile" but did not develop it. Then Mr. Dostum repeated it, but with an unjustified, non-political, and amateurish attack on the Panjshiris, bringing grist to the mill of Afghans in the current situation and escalating the atmosphere.

The "government in exile" plan is a non-Afghan idea in the current situation. But Afghans quickly raised their voices to introduce it.

Dozens of articles and opinions have been written on the history of governments in exile using Wikipedia. There are several attempts to establish a government in exile.

But the initiator of the idea, Ahmad Masoud, is silent!

As a gentle and friendly criticism, I would like to say that the biggest mistake that the Resistance Front made from the very beginning in Panjshir, was not supporting Mr. Amrullah Saleh to lead the government in exile. Even then, the opportunity arose to mobilize part of the parliament and other institutions of the former republic.

But now it is too late, and the political atmosphere has changed dramatically towards ethnic polarization.

The idea of a "government in exile" can only gain popular support if it reflects the wishes of the majority of people who are not Afghans. The egoism of some anachronistic figures must be eliminated, unity must be based on a program, the problems that hinder unity must be overcome; A strategic plan must be developed to save the people, not personal interests.

Without consensus on a democratic program, unity is impossible!

Before unity can come and for it to come, differences must first be set aside!

If this is done, Afghan dominance can be easily challenged and a new government can be created on the large axis of non-Afghan ethnic groups with their allies, led by the majority Persian-speaking ethnic groups with Turkish-speaking allies and other smaller ethnic groups.

***

If the Afghan Taliban are in power today, it is because of the weakness of the non-Afghans!

The axis of strength of the non-Afghans lies in clarifying their border with the Afghans, which is possible primarily through three demands:

- Concluding a social contract based on ethnic equality;

- Creating a decentralized or federal government and enshrining it in the Constitution;

- Or moving towards the right of non-Afghans to self-determination to create their own independent state on a confederal and democratic basis.

***

We must confront the Afghans not with fear, but with our heads held high!

A “government in exile” without a clear plan to protect non-Afghans can have two states:

- Again surrender power to Afghans, as in the days of the republic,

- Or again accept failure.

***

Establishing non-Afghan rule is possible through a decisive war for freedom from internal Afghan colonialism and Afghanism.

Afghans do not hand over their power to non-Afghans except by force. Politicians should know better!

Don’t you know that the myth of compatriotism with Afghans has ended and the era of good neighborliness has begun?
