Before the North and the history of the non-Afghans are forever destroyed by the Waziristani, let us unite with the peoples who share a common destiny with us.

Now that the transfer of Taliban and Pakistani Pashtuns to northern Afghanistan/Khorasan has become a reality, and there are many hands behind this plan, and domestic terrorists are working hard to implement it, and other so-called non-Taliban Pashtuns both at home and abroad are significantly silent, in my opinion, the three peoples (Tajiks, Khazarians, Uzbeks) have little chances left for their preservation, namely:
- The time has come for all non-Afghans/non-Pashtuns to agree on a comprehensive plan based on common interests for the distribution of power among themselves (three ethnic groups + other northern peoples).
- Non-Pashtuns need to form a joint army to achieve their goal.
- All Pashtuns who support the Taliban's plan to resettle the Pashtuns or the Pakistani Taliban to the north must be forced out of the north by a new army and suppressed in case of resistance.
- The non-Pashtun triangular alliance should establish a joint bank to strengthen the economy and lay an economic foundation at home and abroad. Every non-Afghan living abroad should contribute $5 per month to the fund of this bank, and all businessmen of the three ethnic groups should create a global trading environment, and the profits of this bank should be used to support the army, education, investment in foreign policy and subsistence, domestic social and cultural consumption in the North.
- Non-Afghans/Non-Pashtuns should create a hypothetical border between north and south so that if the north is cleared, they will create a modern and democratic country, and political fate will be decided through free, transparent and inclusive elections.
- The election mechanism should be based on periodical democracy, and each period a representative of one ethnic group will be a candidate in the elections. For benevolence and humane life and well-being in the new country, the Uzbek and Hazara ethnic groups should lead the country first, and the Tajiks - in the third stage.
- The name of the country, national symbols and national identity in the new country of North Khorasan must be chosen based on the ancestral and historical values of the three ethnic groups, and in all decisions, including elections, there must be an agreement to use the right of appointment and even if the candidate cannot score 50+1% of the vote, must be elected.
- This plan is actually the last option, and if a significant number of Pashtuns break their silence against the resettlement of Pakistani Pashtuns to the North and oppose it, this alliance will also unite these Pashtuns for the sake of the country's freedom from the hands of the invaders.
In response to friends who are concerned about the plan to unite Uzbeks, Hazaras and Tajiks (the short note below was written in response to Mr. Najib Barvar, a Tajik poet and writer, and I am posting it to clarify this issue).
1 - When I talk about an alliance with the Hazaras and Uzbeks, I do not see it through the eyes of Ahmad Shah Massoud and Abdulali Mazari, but rather we should see a problem between three peoples with a thousand-year history and cultural commonality.
2 - When we offer unity, it is not what was in the past, but a new, original plan, a plan in which there is no place for coercion and disregard for the rights of any people.
3 - When we talk about unity, this does not mean that the Uzbeks and the Hazaras are mercenaries of the Tajiks and one province governs 34 provinces, but means the implementation of real equality and the rule of real social and national justice.
4 - You said that the Pashtuns are allies of the Tajiks, this opinion is fundamentally wrong and we saw the wrong “Bon” path and capitulations to the Afghans, and how this had terrible consequences. Before the North and the history of the non-Afghans are forever destroyed by the Waziristani, let us unite with peoples with a common destiny.
5 - When we talk about an alliance between the three great nations, we want a horizontal and vertical distribution of power. With a generally accepted and periodic democracy, there will be no place for the supremacy of any of the peoples. The choice of a political leader in the first round will be from the Uzbek people, in the second from the Hazaras, and in the third from the Tajik people. In addition to elections, the democratic government of the new country will have a decentralized system of government. The Uzbek, Hazara and Tajik peoples will live together in real harmony and coexistence as they wish.
6 - The image of the enemy through the prism of civil and party wars that has been carried out among jihadists is a mistake and our generation is not the heir of the last war, but we are the messengers of peace, equality and justice, and we should not put forward the enemy as a predetermined hypothesis. This is a betrayal and unfair.
7 - Uzbeks and Hazaras will have the same equal rights in the new country as Tajiks. We put this plan against the Pashtun supremacy policy, against 200 years of racism and 45 years of civil war. We're not going to get out of the drop and get caught in the downpour.
