The Taliban's ethnic policies will cause such bloodshed that Gaza and Palestine won't be pretty.
Author: Nabi Saqi, University Professor (London)
1 - In the second book of "Saqavi" there are three proposals to the Pashtuns for complete control over Afghanistan: 1) a Pashtun belt should be built around Kabul, 2) the ethnic composition of the population of Bamiyan and Panjshir should be changed, 3) Pashtuns should be resettled on the northern and western borders. All three proposals are currently being implemented.
2 - The Uzbeks and Tajiks who collaborated with the Pashtun hegemony in the north and west as the Taliban will themselves, one or two generations later, lose all their land, property, trees, and their ancestral village. The Hazaras know this and that is why not a single Hazara fought with the republic's government, but currently, the Hazaras, Tajiks, and Uzbeks are losing their lands equally. The international community is also not against such ethnic displacement due to contradictions with Russia, China, and Iran.
3 - The failure of the government in the North and West was mainly due to the problem of naqilin (Pashtun settlers). From Baghlan to Sheberghan and Badghis, from Gormach to Gujur, Dandighuri, and the Gurband Valley, the destabilization of the situation and the spread of contradictions depended entirely on the naqilin project. In this sense, the future will be much more dangerous and difficult.
4 - When someone writes such things, Pashtuns call him a fanatic and an ethnicist. But the one who takes the land, water, thousand-year-old houses, and trees of the Tajiks, Uzbeks, and Hazaras and gives them to the Pakistanis is not a fanatic or an ethnicist. You who complain about the loss of your land and village are a fanatic and an ethnicist. But taking over people's lands and provinces is not fanaticism, and telling the truth is fanaticism.
The Pashtuns hate General Dostum because he once prevented the usurpation of Uzbek lands, otherwise, he never has carried out a campaign in Kandahar and Nangarhar.
5 – The Soviet Union did not usurp the lands and property of the Tajiks, Uzbeks, and Hazaras and did not give them to others, neither did America. Anyone who usurps someone else's land, villages, trees, and water is much more hostile than the Soviet Union, China, America, etc.
6 - Qush Teppa Canal is a “second Saqavi” project, like the current system and the usurpation of Tajik, Uzbek, and Hazara lands and property. A Tajik, Hazara, and Uzbek who do not know and do not understand this, of course, deserves more punishment than this. Panjshir, Shiberghan, Ghur, and Kunduz will face no better fate than Kandahar and Uruzgan.
7 - If the Pashtuns manage to make the entire country Pashtun, then, of course, there will be no one to resist, but if this project fails and society returns to the period of jihad, then because of this wrong policy, such a bloody massacre will begin that Gaza and Palestine won't be pretty. Keep this in mind.
*The “Second Saqavi” refers to a book published during the reign of Ustad Rabbani (1992-2001), criticizing Tajik leaders and the government. "Saqavi" is associated with Amir Habibullah Kalakani, the first Tajik ruler of Afghanistan, who was also known as "Son of Saqo (Son of the Water-Carrier)". The book “The Second Saqavi” rejects any non-Pashtun government, asks Pashtuns not to allow non-Pashtuns to come to power, and also suggests ways to weaken their power, including by seizing their lands. Almost all Pashtun governments in Afghanistan have unquestioningly applied the methods described in this book.
