The managers of the Afghan war want to turn the Panjshir Valley, the center of antiterrorist resistance, into a major terrorist center.

HINDU KUSH, November 09 - Sangar, Sanam Amir. It is planned to create at least five bases for foreign terrorists under the leadership of Al-Qaeda in Panjshir.

A resident of the village of Jangalak in the Bazarak district of Panjshir province, where Ahmad Shah Massoud, commander-in-chief of the First Resistance to the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, was born, told the Sangar correspondent that a large armed group settled in his house, which now belongs to his son - Ahmad Masood, leader of the Second Resistance, almost a month ago.

“This group settled in the house of the National Hero of Afghanistan and the surrounding houses belonging to his relatives, including his brother Ahmad Zia, his cousins , and other villagers who were uninhabited after the fall of Panjshir. The territory is heavily guarded. It is not known who they were. Some have suggested that it was Mullah Zakir, commander in Panjshir and Andarab, and other Taliban commanders. Mullah Zakir left, but these people remained," the source said.

He added that the movement of these armed people was very secret and they only left their houses at night, they could only be seen from afar, when the lights were on at night, and only shadows were moving in the homes.

“Later, the locals, who were not allowed to move at all in the area, learned that they were foreigners and spoke Arabic and Urdu. One of the local Taliban said that the son of Osama bin Laden, Abdullah, is with other al-Qaeda commanders in Masud's house,” the source said.

According to him, when the whereabouts of al-Qaeda leaders were revealed, American drones began to fly over Dzhangalak, and "uninvited guests" were forced to relocate and a number of these people remained in the house of Massoud in Jangalak.

“About ten days ago, they left Masoud's house at night and moved to Kuri Gusho, a small valley in the Paranda sub-valley, located in the Bazarak region. There was a camp of the Mujahideen under the command of Ahmad Shah Massoud during the jihad against the Soviet Union. It is a very safe camp and has large caves in the heart of the mountain," the source said.

Meanwhile, other reports from Panjshir indicate that foreign terrorists are present in at least four parts of the valley. According to them, Al-Qaeda intends to establish bases and training centers with the help of the Taliban in the villages of Ohangaron in the Shaba valley, Dashti Rewad, Khenj, and Khoja (Abdullakhel valley).

Another source, relying on information he received from the Taliban, said that three days ago, the families of foreign terrorists were transferred to Panjshir at night and settled in the place of forcibly displaced local residents.

“In recent days, they brought equipment to the village of Akhangaran and evicted people from there. The Taliban even killed animals. They began to work there, even hired workers, not local ones. They want to organize training centers. Their families moved to Akhangaran, a village after Astana," the source said.

A Sangar source in the Dara district says the Taliban have been looking for empty houses in Qal'ai Tarha village for a week now and are plotting provocations to get people to leave their homes.

“For example, the Taliban themselves blew up a mine in this village, surrounded it, and searched the houses of the residents. They gathered the people and told them that they must find the one who detonated the mine. There were such provocations in the Obshor region as well,” the source said.

According to the source, about 12 Taliban commanders and foreign fighters such as Arabs, Pakistanis, Tajiks, Uzbeks, and Uyghurs were stationed in the Abdullahkhel valley as members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which received official permission from the Taliban government.

“Hizb-ut-Tahrir intends to create a special unit and fight against the resistance. Most of the foreign fighters were stationed in the village of Khoja. 15 foreign families are also housed in the school in the village of Tundkhu, Dara district, who told people that they would soon leave this place," the source said.

According to other sources, to date, 20 families of foreign terrorists have settled in the village of Tundkhu, and 50 families in the Abdullakhel valley.

Another Sangar source in Panjshir says that since the fall of Panjshir, foreign fighters are still present in the village of Khinj, the home of Aref Nuri, the owner of Nourin TV, who was arrested by the Taliban last year and later released.

“At that time, the headquarters of Al-Qaeda was located here, which oversaw all foreign terrorists, including the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, Ansarullah, Jaishe Muhammad, and the Uyghurs of the East Turkistan Islamic Movement who arrived from Kabul and Badakhshan. Now, apparently, the Taliban are present here, but foreign terrorists are so similar to them, they speak local languages, that it is impossible to distinguish them, ”the source said.

The source says that the Taliban in Panjshir have banned residents and their fighters from carrying mobile touchscreen phones. This is so that no one can record and film what is happening in the valley.

Meanwhile, the question arises, when Panjshir is the most important source of anti-Taliban resistance, how logical is the deployment of terrorists in this valley?

Situation watchers say the Panjshir Valley, located in the heart of the Hindu Kush, is favorable both for resistance and for hiding terrorist groups from the eyes of those who accuse the Taliban of supporting them. On the other hand, Panjshir is located on a mountain corridor connecting Kabul with Badakhshan and Central Asia.

Panjshir was a stronghold of resistance against the Soviet Union in the 1980s and the Taliban in the 1990s under the leadership of Ahmad Shah Massoud during nearly half a century of wars in Afghanistan. After the fall of Kabul on August 15, 2021, to the Taliban, Panjshir was the only province that resisted, but it was captured soon after in September 2021. The Afghan National Resistance Front, led by Ahmad Masood, son of Ahmad Shah Masood, retreated to the Panjshir side valleys and is still fighting the Taliban and foreign terrorists.

Foreign terrorist bases have already been established in other northern provinces of Afghanistan such as Faryab, Jazjan, Kunduz, Baghlan, and Badakhshan. Their unleashing by regional and world intelligence services - the managers of the Afghan war in Panjshir, a stronghold of the anti-Taliban resistance and Al-Qaeda, may become the peak of the process of creating a base of terrorism in northern Afghanistan, and this may become a serious warning to the countries of Central Asia, Russia and China.

At the same time, the activation of terrorist groups in northern Afghanistan makes the National Resistance Front the only anti-terrorist force in the region present on the battlefield. And the only country that resists the armed struggle of the Resistance Front and officially demands through its envoy to stop its struggle against the Taliban and Al-Qaeda is the United States, which, in its fight against Russia and China, wants to destroy the security system of Central Asia, as it did in North Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe.

This situation has turned the Hindu Kush, primarily the Panjshir Valley, into the first front line of Central Asia, Russia, and China's fight against terrorism in the region.
