Essentially, ISIS is the Taliban, but who and what is ISIS that the Taliban present to the world in order to enlist its support?

ISIS of Khorasan is a verbal invention and a multi-layered combination for a long-term political, economic and geopolitical project that is organized with the help of war and modern militarism. This apparently complicated element is shown as a separate element from the Taliban, while the existing facts show that ISIS Khorasan is only the name of a psychological operational package that is effective in certain situations. They scare others from this operational package and try to take advantage of the rich political and economic opportunities through its name. The Taliban have filled Aqaba with vampire terrorists in this front so as to ensure that this project in Afghanistan will not fail this time. Recently, there have been a lot of noises about the presence of the Tandoor and ISIS terrorist group in some provinces of Afghanistan.
The change of the previous geography (Nangarhar) and the transfer of Daesh to northern Afghanistan, the gathering of other terrorist forces allied to the Taliban under the umbrella of Daesh, and preparations to finance this project for a long time, show the deterioration of the situation. But as a result of these concerns, questions arise as to whether ISIS is really in Afghanistan? And will this externally funded project be a successful version in Afghanistan? What is the role of the Taliban in financing and strengthening ISIS, and how can ISIS be accepted with the presence of the Taliban?
In response, it should be acknowledged that it is true that this project in Iraq and Syria was somewhat successful and the world was deceived by it and went head to head with it for several years in a row. But Afghanistan's conditions are different from these countries. The presence of underground and high-income oil resources in these two countries had shaped the situation in such a way that terrorist groups like ISIS could have rich sources of financial income to continue their battle with the governments of these countries without the need for external assistance from the countries included in this project. The Taliban, with its vast military facilities and in control of Afghanistan, will not allow ISIS to emerge, until, this time, by changing the flag, an attempt is made to deceive the sharp eyes towards Afghanistan and divert the focus from the main issue. The main issue is the trend that tries to expand Central Asia and make it work.
Currently, the media, with a special program in the context of psychological warfare, are trying to make the region and the world worried about ISIS in Khorasan and make the ground favorable for the purification and whitewashing of the Taliban terrorist group. The program is arranged in such a way as to show that despite the efforts and seriousness of the Taliban to fight against them, the ISIS problem is a serious problem and its solution requires taking the Taliban seriously as a reality. By doing this, they want to legitimize the ethnic terrorism that serves the interests of the big powers and pursue the next plans.
There are many reasons that show that ISIS in Khorasan does not exist physically.
FIRST: There are no Daesh in Afghanistan, and what is there, under the name of Daesh, is the exploitation of information, financial and political resources that both the previous regime and the Taliban regime used for propaganda and show it as a big monster. ISIS is essentially the Taliban. There is a lot of intellectual and ideological commonality between Taliban and ISIS, but little functional difference;
SECOND: Most of the Taliban's operations under the name of fighting against ISIS take place in the northern areas of Kabul. By recognizing and identifying areas with mainly Tajik population and with anti-Taliban thinking, the Taliban target these areas and suppress them, and later announce that they have suppressed ISIS;
THIRD: For every political and military trend, economic funds and financial foundations are essential. So with this account, how was ISIS able to find this financial ability and continue with terrorist and destructive operations, while the financial resources of the Taliban are abundant and weekly far more than the income of ISIS?
If we put all these reasons together, the result shows a bloody intelligence game aimed at revenge against the enemies of the Taliban, who, having the historical roots of anti-Taliban thinking, have always sought revenge against the Taliban, and the Taliban have done this well and understands and based on that, magnifies the threat of ISIS in order to suppress its enemies and opponents under its name. By creating security opportunities due to manufactured security threats, Taliban is trying to create a situation to suppress any dissenting voice both internally and externally to show the world that Taliban is no longer a threat and that ISIS is the real threat and this has come into being and the world should rush to help the Taliban and suppress ISIS.
