در 15 اوت 2021 جنبش تروریستی طالبان در افغانستان به قدرت رسید و "بازی بزرگ جدید" در آسیای مرکزی آغاز شد. رژیم طالبان دست سازمان های تروریستی منطقه و جهان را برای سرنگونی دولت های دموکراتیک و ملی آسیای مرکزی باز و و برای فعالیّتهای آنها بسترسازی کرد. "سنگر" سنگر و پایگاه اطلاع رسانی افغانستان و کشورهای آسیای مرکزی برای حفاظت از آزادی، استقلال، عدالت، تمدن، کرامت انسانی، اعتقادات مذهبی و امنیت منطقه ای برای خبرنگاران، پژوهشگران و روشنفکران است.
