Ustad Ata Mohammad Nur called participation in the Loya Jirga under the auspices of the Taliban impossible and a contribution to the continuation of the "illegitimate rule" of the group.

Mazari Sharif, April 10 - Sangar, Qari Ahmad. This statement was made by the chairman of the Jamiyati Islami of Afghanistan (JIA) on the occasion of Savr 8 (April 28), the anniversary of the victory of jihad over the Soviet Union and the communist regime in Afghanistan.

A statement provided by the JIA press service to the Sangar website said that the party sees the solution to the current situation in the formation of a neutral, inclusive government, consisting of all parties involved in the Afghan crisis, a decentralized and parliamentary system.

“It is necessary to form a government in which the decision of the people will be represented through their vote. Seducing the people in the name of forming an inclusive government is nothing less than prolonging the survival of the Taliban and legitimizing their rule, which is unacceptable to Jamiati Islami,” the statement said.

But Ustad Ata Mohammad Nur says that the “sweet victory”, which was the dream of one and a half million killed and the aspiration of the nation, was turned by enemies into mourning and bitter events, and all this happened, contrary to expectations, with the participation of “friends of jihad”.

“The history of the jihad of the Afghan people has remained silent after the post-jihad events that followed the conspiracy of internal and external enemies, but we must not forget that the jihad of our people was a great historical event that not only brought freedom to the Afghan people and the overthrow of the communist regime. For many countries of the world, including the countries of the former Soviet Union, this marked their freedom and national sovereignty, and thus, it can be said that the Afghan jihad had great achievements not only within the country but also on an international and regional scale, ” - said the head of the DIA.

He remembers the leaders of the Afghan jihad, including Burhanuddin Rabbani, Abdulali Mazari, Ahmad Shah Massoud, Mullah Naqibullah Akhund, Haji Abdulkadir, Ustad Zabekhullah, who took part in the formation and victory of jihad and draws attention to recent events in Afghanistan.

"Fruits" of Jihad

According to him, Afghanistan, after three decades of jihad victory, is occupied by a terrorist group and is experiencing the worst days of its history.

“Poverty, devastation, unrest, lack of security and peace, oppression, repression, and persecution of people are the result of the work of the current occupation regime in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, this follows from the irresponsibility of a number of countries in the world and the region, as well as due to the inability and conspiracy of the previous government. A situation that has arisen by the evil will of the world, and they are watching the activities of this illegal ruling terrorist group every day,” said Ustad Atamuhammad Nur.

He describes recent events in Afghanistan, including attacks on mosques, schools, neighborhoods of innocent civilians, attacks on Shiites and Hazaras, targeted killings, raids on people's homes under various pretexts, and, despite a general amnesty, killings of former security forces, kidnappings, extortion and dozens of crimes against humanity.

The Taliban came to power in Afghanistan on August 15, 2021, according to many as the result of a secret deal with the government of Ashraf Ghani and his patron, the United States.

Terrorism

Ustad Ata Mohammad Nur calls it one of the greatest historical crimes and an unforgivable act that will never be forgotten and calls the optimistic view of the world, the region, and some of Afghanistan's neighbors on the power of the Taliban a very harmful approach that the Afghan people are now paying.

“The false notion that the Taliban are fighting ISIS has been dispelled by their recent actions, which have turned false hopes into despair. How can it be possible that the Taliban, having deployed dozens of terrorist groups on Afghan soil, such as the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) *, Ansarullah of Tajikistan *, ETIM or the East Turkestan Islamic Movement *, Lashkari Taiba *, Tehriki Taliban Pakistan (TTP) *, Baloch rebels... fighting terrorism and ISIS*? Aren't ISIS and Talib two twin phenomena? Do they have any other goals and approaches than shedding the blood of the people, the massacre of the innocent, targeted killings, and destruction? For the Taliban, there are two views of ISIS, the group that supports them and agrees with them, the “good ISIS”, and the groups that are their political opponents, who under the name ISIS are being repressed, tortured, and will be killed,” the leader of the JIA said.

Claims on the world community

Ustad Ata Mohammad Nur lays out a wave of claims on paper and asks the international community, without naming a particular country: “What kind of a just world is this, that the big countries of the world, the region, and the neighboring countries want women's rights, democracy, development for their societies, science and technology, spaceflight and a world free of violence but supporting the rule of a petrified, fanatical, extremist, terrorist and vampire group for Afghanistan and its people?”

“The international community is responsible for its deathly silence on Afghanistan and its people before the court of history. What happened today to the people of Afghanistan is undoubtedly a crime against humanity, whose supporters should be ashamed in the face of history. Do the people of Afghanistan deserve this position with all the sacrifices they have made to protect the security of the region and the world by fighting communism and terrorism? Where do you find the religion of Islam, in what religion and in what international conventions forbid girls from going to school in this century, interfere with people's privacy, beards, clothes, and provide for gender segregation in school classes? Jamiat-i-Islami".

But the claims of Ustad Ata Mohammad Nur do not end there. Apparently, more and more oil is added to the fire of his grievances, as he says:

“Was it a response to all the sacrifices of the Afghan people to the international community that in an era of technological revolution, modern and nation-states, we should not have a system, specialized and modern government? The current government, which opened a shop in the name of religion, not only does not know about Islam and hardly reads the divine word, but also does not understand the most elementary alphabet of management, knowledge, and literacy.”

The head of Jamiati Islami says that the world community must answer these questions of the Afghan people and stop supporting this terrorist group, otherwise, we have the right to doubt its honesty in the fight against terrorism, drugs, preventing the brain drain and the flow of migration, protecting human rights and other moral and human virtues.

On April 28, 1992, the Afghan Mujahideen, who had previously fought against the Soviet troops, entered Kabul and overthrew the government of President Najibullah. Yesterday, April 27, the Taliban declared April 28 an official holiday on the occasion of the Victory Day of Jihad.

Soviet troops entered Afghanistan on December 25, 1979, and left it on February 15, 1989. This period in the history of Afghanistan is called the period of jihad. But the communist rule in Kabul, led by Dr. Najibullah, lasted until 1992 when it surrendered to the Mujahideen.
