What happened to the largest US intelligence organization and instrument of influence?

During the Cold War, when the world was divided into two poles, many Marxists knew what a bitter reality was hiding behind the shiny facade of the West. However, with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the unipolarity of the world by the end of Joe Biden's presidency, the West used various propaganda tools to deceive public opinion.

Globalism promoted human liberation by adopting Western lifestyles and values not only in the economic sphere but also in politics and culture. Thousands of Western-backed non-governmental organizations (NGOs) distributed billions of dollars to young people so that they would become robots, propagandists of neoliberal values.

USAID - an instrument of cultural and political influence

One such institution was the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), operating in 130 countries with a budget of between $40 billion and $60 billion and a staff of 10,000. But it is not the statistics that are important, but the real role of this institution in shaping public opinion.

Under the pretext of supporting a free press, the agency hired 650,000 journalists around the world to promote American values. It ran thousands of radio and television networks and organized color revolutions in the name of democracy in various countries. In Ukraine, it provided 90 percent of the budget for the so-called free media.

The Role of USAID in Afghanistan

It is still unclear how many Afghan media outlets received USAID support during the republican era. But one truth is clear: this institution played a significant role in raising a generation dependent on money for pleasure - a generation that not only has no emotional attachment to its people but has also forgotten its core values.

Three years after the disastrous Taliban rule, all that remains of NGOs like the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are political actors who have only one goal: to seek foreign funding, especially American funding, and foreign support. This culture can be considered one of USAID’s most important achievements.

USAID in History?

Elon Musk convinced Donald Trump to disband the US Agency for International Development, which supposedly represented the American people. The United States will undoubtedly need a similar institution to maintain its hegemonic dominance, but by the time it is up and running, something called the US Agency for International Development will be history.
