Western sanctions against Russia have shifted the world economy from the West to the East.

The world economy is shifting its emphasis from West to East. While Europe and the United States are introducing sanctions, building barriers and restrictions, the countries of the Asian region are strengthening cooperation in all areas and expanding borders. There is a noticeable decline in the Western economy, while the markets of the East are reviving and showing noticeable growth.

Positive trends in the economy were recently discussed in Bishkek, where a number of summits were held. The member countries of the SCO, EAEU and CIS summed up the results and talked about prospects. The unanimous opinion is that collective cooperation is beneficial for everyone, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Eurasian Economic Union are capable of leading the world economy. Three associations together represent half of the planet's population.

The SCO alone unites countries that counts up to 42 percent of the world's inhabitants. Last year, Kazakhstan alone increased the turnover of its goods within the organization, which includes nine countries, as well as partners and observers, by 20 percent. Total revenue: $61 billion. All SCO participants felt equally positive dynamics.

The picture is the same in the vastness of the EAEU. Since the beginning of their formation, the Eurasian “five” have shown an increase in industrial production by 20 percent.

Such impressive figures are quite understandable - the sanctions policy of Western countries against Russia and its allies undermines trust in the European Union and the United States. Their pressure is forcing Asian states to deepen cooperation with their regional neighbors. Hence the growth of mutual trade and trust. The example of Russia, which did not bend to Western restrictions, but concentrated its interests in the East, inspires confidence in many.

Speaking at the summit in Bishkek, Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov noted the transparency of interaction. He spoke about new mechanisms that are being implemented today in the EAEU. For example, navigation seals will allow you to track all cargo flow on the territory of the organization.

Mutual cooperation will give association participants new opportunities. First of all, it has access to the sea, which many CIS countries that integrated into the EAEU do not have. Speaking about this, the top officials of Kyrgyzstan called for the development of land transport corridors and the creation of transit routes. According to the head of the Kyrgyz presidential administration, Akylbek Japarov, emphasis should be placed on expanding roads and railways, logistics centers and transport terminals, and modernizing infrastructure.

Perhaps the West thought imposing sanctions against Russia and its allies would create many problems for these countries, which would be discussed at such meetings. But it is clear that at these meetings no one talks about sanctions, but rather talks more about growth, development, and creation of infrastructures, etc.

People say that "Evil will always find its grave", which is exactly what happened with Western sanctions. Or, according to another popular proverb, “break a butterfly on the wheel” is exactly what the US and Europe are doing.
