What place does the border conflict between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan have in the US plans?

A construction of cards, erected by stacking them on top of each other in a special way, is called a house of cards. Keep this in mind and keep reading...
The USA and the USSR became superpowers after the end of the Second World War, which in turn led to the decline of Western European powerful states.
The once mighty British Empire lost its colonies. But it was they who fed the British economy and the navy. Having lost strongholds, the empire also lost the status of a superpower. France was destroyed by the war, Germany, as an independent state, was destroyed, and Spain was in a deep crisis since the 17th century. It so happened that, apart from the United States, there were no strong powers left in Western civilization. Therefore, it was the Americans who had the honor to unite the capitalist world in the struggle for their existence against another giant - the USSR.
It was not without reason that the Americans opened the second front so late - in 1944. By this point, Germany was doomed and would have lost even without the Allied landings in Normandy. Nevertheless, if the allies had not landed, Western Europe would have been liberated by the USSR with all the ensuing consequences. The Soviet Union would extend its influence over the entire continent. The United States and Britain could not allow this. Thus, the opening of the Second Front is not fraternal help, but a political interest. Moreover, the words of the future US President Harry Truman, expressed in 1941, when Germany attacked the USSR, are widely known: “If Germany wins this war, then we will help the USSR, and if luck is on the side of the Soviets, then we will help Germany. Whatever the case, let them kill each other for as long as possible.” As a result, the USSR turned out to be stronger than fascist Germany, but the “wind of change” and democratic values advertised by the United States, unexpectedly for everyone, were able to destroy the strong Soviet state, dividing the Soviet people.
Just from that time, the United States began to build its next house of cards. But this design was built in compliance with one single rule - the top card must always be the American trump ace. And now we follow the hands of the dealer dealing the deck ...
All experts presented the US flight from Afghanistan in 2021 as a defeat for Washington. But the Americans left their weapons worth tens of billions of dollars in a country flooded with terrorist organizations, without even trying to take them out or at least render them unusable. At the same time, they blocked the financial resources of Afghanistan to create an army of hungry people there, led by terrorists armed to the teeth.
The January rehearsal protests in Kazakhstan have become a serious test of maturity for the leadership of this country. If it weren’t for the CSTO forces, everything could have been very sad now, but Astana and its allies coped, demonstrating unity, efficiency, and military power.
After that, America provoked a conflict in Ukraine and, taking advantage of the situation, introduced unprecedented anti-Russian sanctions that caused an energy and food crisis in the world. In addition to this, the United States and its satellites are providing "metered" military assistance to Ukraine to counter Russia. The amount of this “dose” of aid is calculated so that Moscow is forced to pay as much attention to the Kyiv problem as possible and spend as many resources as possible. The bet is placed on the systemic depletion of Russia.
Having brewed the "Ukrainian broth" and provoking Russia to purify this mixture, spending forces and resources on this, Washington immediately takes the next step. A conflict erupts in Nagorno-Karabakh between Armenia (a member of the CSTO and the SCO) and Azerbaijan. In a confrontation with a more economically powerful rival, Yerevan predictably turns to the CSTO for help. And also predictably on September 16 of this year - speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi is arriving in Armenia on a “friendly” visit. Prior to this, her visit to Taiwan tested the strength of the nervous system of the PRC leadership. Obviously, Nancy Pelosi will diligently try to get ahead of Moscow being busy with Ukraine and promise to help Nikol Pashinyan resolve territorial disputes, as well as the traditional package of democratic values, human freedoms, and loans.
The United States does not forget about the observance of human rights in Central Asia. Washington regularly appeals to the authorities of Tajikistan to ensure freedom of speech in the republic, closely monitors the fate of the leaders of anti-constitutional protests in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, and provides patronage to the leader of the IRPT (recognized as a terrorist organization) M. Kabiri, who recently announced the creation of an armed wing of the opposition. In one of the most “democratic” countries of Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan, the British Ambassador Charles Garrett is very active, who, according to official Kyrgyz publications, regularly consults with the leaders of pro-Western political formations and foundations (Omurbek Tekebaev, Adil Turdukulov, supporters of former presidents Otunbayeva and Atambaev).
Promising was the statement by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on September 9 this year, in which he stated that America expects to expand cooperation with Tajikistan in the field of security and the promotion of fundamental human rights and freedoms, and also promised to fight terrorists throughout the region. Five days later, Tajikistan just had problems with this very security, when the Kyrgyz security forces, in violation of all agreements, began shelling settlements in the Sughd region. It is noteworthy that these events coincided with the meeting of the heads of the SCO member states in Samarkand. I wonder which country Western functionaries are going to visit? Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan?
To understand the final layout of the US house of cards, it is enough to carefully read the report of the influential American analytical center RAND, which was made in 2019 by order of the Pentagon and is publicly available on the organization's website. The document titled “Overextending and Unbalancing Russia. Assessing the Impact of Cost-Imposing Options” contains 354 pages and is a practical recommendation for the West in the fight against Russia. Back in 2019, the United States set clear goals to provoke a Russian-Ukrainian conflict, provide military assistance to Kyiv, include new members in NATO, support terrorists (in Afghanistan and...), change the regime in Belarus, create contradictions between Armenia and Azerbaijan, intensify politics in Central Asia, break its ties with Russia and the isolation of Transnistria.
Conclusion. The United States and its allies are pursuing a policy of containment against major world powers that are members of the SCO and the CSTO. Washington's goal is to destroy the existing system of regional security in Eurasia (military, economic, and food), functioning under the auspices of these authoritative international organizations. The desired result for Washington is the establishment of its hegemony in the entire spectrum of international relations, the creation of new military conflicts, and the destabilization of the military-political situation throughout the post-Soviet space. Unfortunately, in the US house of cards, a place has been prepared for all the states of the former USSR at the bottom of this structure. It is in these states' power to resist these insidious plans of the West and act as a united front of the SCO and the CSTO. In this case, the house of cards will not be completed, or maybe it will collapse altogether, or they will change the trump ace...
