The collective West, led by the United States, does not stop efforts to "Ukrainize" Kazakhstan, and then Central Asia.

The US and its allies have sharply stepped up their policy in the countries of Central Asia. In most states in the region, Washington has replaced its ambassadors and is making attempts to sever traditional, primarily economic ties with Russia.
Under special pressure are Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, as the most economically developed states. Recently, even the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was forced to admit that there were attempts to speak unequivocally for one of the parties in the framework of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Shavkat Mirziyoyev wisely noted that he is on the side of Great Uzbekistan.
But the question of Kazakhstan is a bit different. This country has a large Western capital and institutions. Against the backdrop of multibillion-dollar investments in the oil and gas sector, thousands of "independent media and non-governmental organizations" with Western funding are active in Kazakhstan. From time to time they make themselves felt, at least on Tiktok and Facebook.
Qasym-Jomart Toqaev, the leader of Kazakhstan is very clearly and cleverly maneuvering between Russia and America in order to save his country from becoming another Ukraine or tools in the hands of the Anglo-Saxons in their competition with Russia.
Although none of the Kazakh authorities spoke clearly, it is possible that this country, like Uzbekistan, is under pressure from the West. One such instrument of pressure, which is actively used, is the political opposition of the Kazakh authorities, located abroad.
For example, the infamous Kazakh oppositionist, millionaire Mukhtar Ablyazov, backed by the West and Kyiv, once again called on his supporters to “organize riots and a coup in Kazakhstan” in order to proclaim a “provisional government.”
The fugitive oligarch last year created a channel for financing several organized crime groups at once in major cities of Kazakhstan through cryptocurrency. The purpose of such transactions is to create a network of underground terrorist groups in the country for the subsequent commission of terrorist attacks against government officials and destabilization of the situation in Kazakhstan. The most remarkable thing is that Ablyazov also made money transfers to the accounts of several Kazakhstani advertising agencies, representatives of the blogosphere, and other private individuals, who probably constitute extensive “influence agents”.
Counting on the support of outspoken radicals, Ablyazov apparently seeks to repeat the scenario of the Ukrainian coup of 2013-2014 in Kazakhstan. The first attempt to organize a "revolution" in January last year failed. At that time, the headquarters of the Ablyazov pseudo-party organization “Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan”, located in Kyiv and supervised by Ukrainian and Western intelligence services, openly coordinated the protests and spread false information about the harsh dispersal of rallies. And only the intervention of Russia and the CSTO made it possible to quickly overcome the crisis, restore stability and ensure public security in the country.
The conclusion from these events is very simple. In any situation, you must stand up for your state, for your people, like Shavkat Mirziyaev, and not lead your people to slaughter, like Mukhtar Ablyazov.
But the prevailing assumption is that the events of the last 20 years in world politics, especially the “color revolutions” and the “Arab Spring”, have opened the eyes of people around the world and proved the fact that the world is changing and the era of US hegemony is coming to an end. Tired of the US and the West and their ideological instruments of influence on the world, such as "democracy", "freedom of expression", "human rights" and ..., they resort to new allies and alliances (Shanghai Cooperation Organization, BRICS, OPEC) to protect themselves from pressure and lawlessness from the "bearers of democracy" side (no one wants to become another Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and Ukraine). An outstanding example is the reconciliation between Saudi Arabia and Iran mediated by China. Even the Taliban - a product of Western intelligence - eschew their creators.
The countries of Central Asia, located next to China and Russia, especially the growing and prosperous Kazakhstan, are also going their own way, especially with the understanding that they are never ready to become a victim of competition between the West and East.
But the West has not come to this understanding but is trying to lead them to a slaughterhouse, like Ukraine. Efforts that never get anywhere...
