Mullah Yaqub has reached his God, but why is He not available for other Taliban in the war?

An audio recording attributed to Mullah Yaqub, Defense Minister of the self-proclaimed government of the Taliban terrorist group, has been released in which he calls for unity, obedience, and due diligence, speaking of the withdrawal of the group's forces from the Khost and Firing district of Baghlan province.
On Saturday, the first day of Eid al-Adha, the forces of the National Resistance released photographs showing them seizing Taliban-controlled territories in the Khost and Firing district and performing holiday prayers with residents of this district (in the photo).
As is clear from the audio recording of Mulla Yaqub, he was informed that the Taliban in the combat areas do not obey the orders of the commanders, there is no unity of opinion in the combat command, the fighters leave their posts and do not return under various pretexts, the combat units are having fun, walking and not taking on duties.
Of course, the most important thing is that the leadership of the Taliban terrorist group does not have any reasonable and rational plan, methods, and mechanisms for managing the situation and restoring order in the ranks of disparate and demoralized forces. And the only thing they can do to pacify the militants is to use force and remind them to respect God. For example, he appeals to local military leaders on the basis of moral advice and in a soft and pleading tone asks to maintain unity and order for the sake of God and not let the furnace of war cool down. Of course, the God of Mulla Yaqub is the one for whom the Taliban are obliged to die and fight, but he himself does not bear such responsibility. He has found the God he was looking for (power and wealth) and should enjoy his closeness and availability. Now he cannot leave armored cars, palaces, and trips to Dubai and run around the harsh rocks of Khost and Andarab!
A few months ago, I wrote that the Taliban are not a combat-ready military force. Their troops have no discipline, no military experience, no skills in the use of modern weapons, no control plan and wise leadership for regulating, no regular supply and maintenance system, and no reasonable plan and program for the conduct of war. The Taliban is a ruthless force that has been able to dominate the situation using a large vacuum that is mostly political and psychological in nature with intimidation, terror, and anti-human behavior. The absence of a rival military force has been another reason for the Taliban's months-long rampage.
If there is a regular political and military plan against the Taliban, given their poor military position, this group will soon return to their cave hideouts where they were twenty years ago.
A year ago, the Taliban soldiers were told to fight in the name of God, and now that they think their war is over, the religious motivation is gone. Especially now, when the soldiers realized that their leaders went to war not for the sake of God, but for the sake of achieving an earthly paradise, and now they have forgotten their people and think about their well-being.
