1 - During the Taliban's campaign against Balkhab, a large number of civilians and armed persons were killed, and some people were forced to flee to the mountains and deserts. The markets and many houses were destroyed and looted by the Taliban army.
2 - The Taliban violated the sanctity and inviolability of schools and mosques. According to this group, mosques and Shiite religious centers have no value and no respect. This story cannot be forgotten and cannot be forgiven.

3 - Of course, some residents of Balkhab and a group of traitors and mercenaries of the Emirate have a considerable share in the creation and continuation of the tragedy of murders and displacements of the inhabitants of Balkhab.
4 - The international community, neighboring countries, as well as national and international aid organizations did not provide any assistance to the Balkhab Shia Hazaras. Exceptions are not significant.
5 - The displaced and homeless residents of Balkhab are in need of urgent and abundant humanitarian assistance now. Aid organizations need to get to these people quickly.

6 - Shiite authorities, businessmen, and Islamic and non-Islamic countries claiming to support the oppressed and disadvantaged should help the refugees and victims of the tragedy in Balkhab.
7 - The silence of the non-Hazara Afghans regarding the Balkhab tragedy cannot be ignored. We expect our non-Hazara brothers and sisters to support the oppressed in Balkhab. After all, the Hazaras have always been with them in all troubles.
8 - All Hazaras living in the country and abroad should try to provide assistance quickly and attentively. Don't wait for others.
9 - Every Hazara and true Afghanistanis must take a severe part in the struggle of the people of Balkhab for justice, and every person must become a media to reflect the causes, magnitude, message, and consequences of the tragedy to the whole world. The world must be informed about the crimes of the Taliban and the widespread violations of human rights in Balhab and other parts of the country.
10 - Any capable and conscientious person should not forget meetings, demonstrations, press conferences abroad, and writing effective and professional reports and articles about the Balkhab tragedy.
11 - In particular, we ask the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Iraq to support the people of Balkhab in these difficult and very tragic days. Help the refugees from Balkhab and feel more responsible for their safety and protection.
