Just as we supported the correct and true statements of Abdullah Khinjani, head of the political office of the National Resistance Front, regarding the Bagram base and its belonging to the Tajiks, and considered them correct and based on a sound understanding of politics, we also support the statement of Ustad Atamohammed Nur, head of the Islamic Society, who called the illegal and unlawful mining in the northern and northeastern regions ethnic plunder. We consider such positions a good step towards uniting the political and military currents of the North in the right and necessary direction.
Until there is a representative government, until elected representatives of all ethnic groups and regions are present in the national parliament, and until the interests of the people are taken into account in decisions about the extraction of minerals in each region, any mining activity will be unconstitutional, exploitative, and oppressive.
The natural resources of each region belong first to the people of that region, and second, through democratic governance, other people in the country can also use those resources.

However, we have a request from Ustad Atta and other politicians in the north and northeast: in such situations, they should not limit themselves to simply issuing a declaration and should not also ask for help from the international community, the United Nations, etc. To protect the property of our people, you simply need to take up the cause and be firm, not allowing anyone to infringe on your rights.
We will achieve nothing by asking foreigners who are themselves accomplices and patrons of terrorists, their supporters and lobbyists. Millions of motivated and thoughtful Tajik youth are waiting for a strong political movement that will enter the field with a sense of ownership of the northern lands and a serious commitment to the interests of our people and take over the management of our lands.
