The Taliban are planning to develop a suicide bombing force called the Secret Corps, which will be led by Qari Fasihuddin.

Kabul, April 6 - Sangar, Farzam Kazimi. The plan has been discussed with a small circle of senior Taliban military officials and is expected to be implemented soon.

One of the people familiar with the details of this plan in the Taliban Ministry of Defense told the Sangar correspondent in Kabul that the task of these forces is to carry out suicide terrorist operations outside of Afghanistan.

“The purpose of the formation of this corps is to export destabilization and Talibani Sharia to distant and near countries, such as Tajikistan, Iran, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, India, and others,” the source said.

According to him, those who have at least 6 years of experience in the Islamic Emirate and are trusted by the project leaders will be accepted into the operational leadership of the Secret Corps (Sepahe gomnam).

“This force is almost similar to the Iranian Quds Force, which operates outside the territory of Iran, but the Secret Corps is not officially registered, and all its activities are secret, controlled, and directed by a limited circle. In a word, this is a special terrorist group that implements the goals of the Taliban abroad,” he said.

According to the source, the plan was discussed between Defense Minister Mullah Yaqub, Taliban Defense Ministry Chief of Staff Qari Fasehuddin, and three other provincial commanders close to Mulla Yaqub last week.

“Mulla Yaqub and his associates are responsible for organizing affairs in Kabul, Fasehuddin in Badakhshan, Takhar, and Kunduz. Mavlavi Sabir is responsible for Balkh, Juzjan, and Faryab. The rest, whose names could not be clarified, are responsible for other provinces. Qari Fasihuddin has been appointed commander of this corps, and Mulla Yaqub will be in charge of the entire project,” the source said.

According to him, before the end of Ramadan, each of them must gather 200 suicide bombers in their regions, primarily from among the students of "madrasat ul-jihad" - jihadist schools, and before the end of Ramadan, the leadership of the corps will be determined.

“The implementation of the project will begin after Ramadan. Mullah Yaqub mentioned at this closed-door meeting that Western countries, primarily US intelligence, with which the plan has already been agreed upon, will take over the financing of the plan,” he said.

"Schools of jihad" - the bomb of a global scale

Sangar's source says that his attempts to find out the amount of this project have not yet yielded results, and about reports that the US is using ISIS to export destabilization from Afghanistan, he said the Talib and ISIS are two sides of the same coin, and the same the leaders of the Taliban are also the leaders of ISIS.

“The only difference between them is that one serves the US and the other serves Iran. They kill each other like an ISIS member to get money from both America and Iran," the source said.

Last week, Taliban leader Mullah Haibatullah Akhund said at a meeting with religious scholars in Kabul that the establishment of Sharia law in Afghanistan is only the first stage of a successful jihad, and in the future, the Taliban and Afghan scholars are obliged to restore Sharia law around the world. With this, the Taliban leader clearly stated that the jihad of his fighters will not be limited to the territory of Afghanistan.

The Taliban leader's statement, as well as the plan to create the "Secret Corps", a special suicide squad to carry out terrorist operations outside of Afghanistan, cast doubt on the statements of those politicians, diplomats, and experts who over the years convinced the world community that the Afghan Taliban does not have global jihadist ambitions.

In the past, the Taliban have stated that they will not threaten the security of neighboring countries. However, Inamullah Samangani, deputy of Zabiullah Mujahid, spokesman for the Taliban, in the first months of the group's coming to power, made a clear statement on the Tolo TV channel that the Islamic Emirate also covers neighboring countries, primarily the countries of Central Asia.

By the way, recently Zabiullah Mujahid moved his office to Kandahar, closer to the “amirulmuminin”, and Inamullah Samangani was appointed head of the information and culture department of Kandahar.

Over the past two years, people aware of the secret and undisclosed part of the Doha agreement between the US and the Taliban have pointed out that one of the conditions for the Americans to hand over Afghanistan to the Taliban was to turn this movement into an American proxy army. That's why the US did not take away or destroy weapons and military infrastructure, which is estimated at more than $80 billion, but handed them over to the Taliban. For example, according to Sangar's sources, Kabul alone has 146 US Army-standard training centers that are used by the Taliban and their allies to train terrorists. Washington expects the Taliban to help them implement its regional plans.

The expansion of the activities of the Taliban and terrorist organizations under their command to the north of the Amu Darya River has been developed for years. It is a priority plan for the United States in the region. Especially nowadays, Washington is very interested in opening a "southern front" in Central Asia along with a "western front" in Europe against Russia.

Mullah Yaqub's proximity to the United States and Washington's billion-dollar investment in the Taliban do not rule out a plan to create a suicide corps to carry out terrorist operations outside of Afghanistan, especially in neighboring countries.

Earlier, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) released a report in the media stating that the United States provided more than $8.2 billion in mostly humanitarian aid to Afghanistan from August 2021 to January 2023.

However, experts say that there is no one in Afghanistan who would receive this assistance, rather, these amounts were spent on strengthening the security forces, especially the Taliban defense ministry.
