SANGAR: Tom West, the US special representative in Afghanistan, said that ISIS-Khorasan is a common enemy of the US and the Taliban. The day after his statement, on October 1, a suicide bomber attacked the Kaj training and education center in the Dashti Barchi district of Kabul. As a result, about 40 people died, and another 80 were injured. The vast majority of those killed and wounded were schoolgirls and all were Hazara Shiites.
What is the connection between West's statement and the bloody incident in Dashti Barchi, a Hazara region? What can the Taliban do to prove their friendship with the US other than terrorist attacks and send suicide bombers to educational centers and mosques on behalf of ISIS?
The US representative has directly supported a terrorist organization that harbors dozens of other terrorist organizations in Afghanistan. What there was no doubt about was once again confirmed - the United States is behind everything in terrorist organizations.
The following is the opinion of experts on the statement by Tom West:
Yaqub Yasno, Analyst:
What is the ISIS-Khorasan branch that is the link between the Taliban and the US government?
The Khorasan branch of ISIL is Tajik, Uzbek, and other colleagues of the Taliban. Currently, these groups have camps in Afghanistan and their leaders have an official position in the Taliban government.
Why does the US representative in Afghanistan refer to these groups as the "Khorasan branch of ISIS", and why are the Taliban attacking the Hazaras under the name of ISIS?
The words of the American representative in Afghanistan are true that the branch of the so-called ISIS organization in Khorasan is a link between America and the Taliban. Because the terrorist groups of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, etc. are reinforced by the US and the Taliban together under the name of ISIS so they can be used to destabilize the countries of Central Asia and the region.
In order for the countries of the world to believe in the existence of the ISIS-Khorasan affiliate, they must actually see its sabotage. To confirm the presence of the ISIS-Khorasan branch, there is the possibility of a free trial period, which consists of killing Hazaras in the name of ISIS. The killing of the Hazaras has no consequences and no cost, it ends only with condolences.
The massacre of the Hazaras serves several purposes and means for the players:
1 - According to the order of Abdurahman (the Pashtun ruler of Afghanistan (1880 - 1901)), the genocide of the Hazaras continues. Ethnic governments are committed to the implementation of this decree and consider it their goal to implement it.
2 - By killing the Hazaras on behalf of ISIS, they pretend that ISIS exists and the Taliban need help in the fight against ISIS. Using this method, the Taliban want to get help and gain legitimacy.
3 - The US and the Taliban, pretending that ISIS exists, support extremist and terrorist groups from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, etc. in Afghanistan and send them to the countries of Central Asia and the region under the name of the "Khorasan branch of ISIS".
Question: if there is a branch of ISIS in Khorasan, and its enemy is the Taliban, why does it not attack the Taliban? What does the Hazara have to do with the Taliban that ISIS reveals its enmity with the Taliban by attacking the Hazaras?
Dr. Malek Sitez, Analyst:
I heard the contradictory words of Mr. Tom West, US Representative in Afghanistan, at the Center for Strategic Studies.
- One year of Taliban rule has increased the dangers of terrorism. He named active terrorist groups in Afghanistan.
- Human rights are in the worst position. The position of women is much worse.
- The political situation inside Afghanistan is greatly complicated by disagreements.
- Legitimacy is not formed, which led to the lack of international legitimacy of the de facto government.
- The national economy is on the verge of destruction, and poverty has spread.
Up to this point, yes, everything is fine, Mr. West. You spoke correctly. But you went on to say that:
- Last year, America sent $1.2 billion to Afghanistan. It is interesting to know to whom you sent one thousand two hundred million dollars. Who has benefited from this? Why didn't this large sum prevent poverty?
- You said with joy and exaggeration that not a single American was killed by these groups over the past year. Well, your answer is clear. $1.2 billion did the trick. But instead, countless of our children, who were your "strategic" partners during your 20 years of presence in Afghanistan, was killed.
- You hope for a stable and secure state that will represent the interests of America. That hope of yours has come true thanks to the $86 billion worth of military equipment you left to the Taliban. Do not worry.
- Your concerns about human rights and women's rights are unfounded. Your main partner (Taliban leader Mullah Haibatullah) in Kandahar has made it clear that he is realizing the rights of women in Afghanistan in accordance with the Brzezinski doctrine (the school of jihadism in a new guise). Don't worry, part of this privilege belongs to you.
Mr. West, you are a young politician. But don't think that everyone is a sheep. The people of Afghanistan are more political than those who write your statements in the corridors of Washington. Have some logic and wisdom. At the very least, be prudent enough to justify your careless actions over the past year and their fatal consequences.
