On the anniversary of the transfer of power to the Taliban and the formation of the Second Resistance, sources from the National Resistance Front report the general situation as follows:

Military section:

1 - The situation of the Panjshir and Andarab fronts is very satisfactory. The enemy spent all his strength on conquering strongholds of resistance, but nothing came of it. Now the Taliban forces in Panjshir leave their positions at night, fearing an attack by the resistance forces, and either take refuge in mosques or go to people's houses and beg them for shelter for the night. The moral of the enemy in these areas is very weak, and the morale of the resisters is high.

2 - Soon the fronts of resistance will be expanded to twenty other provinces of the country. Ismailkhan in the west, Ustad Muhaqqiq in the central provinces, as well as in the north and northeast, local resistance commanders are creating their fronts centered on Samangan and Takhar. In Kapisa, the situation is also satisfactory, and in Parwan, work is underway to revitalize the activities of resistance groups.

3 - The enemy in Panjshir and Andarab has suspected the abilities of their commanders and is trying to send new arrivals to the war, which shows the desperation of the enemy in the face of forces that bravely and faithfully defend their land.

4 - The forces of the Resistance Front have access to new weapons and ammunition and other means necessary to advance the war, and problems in this area have been resolved.

5 - The organizational structure of the front in the military unit was fixed, and this work department has reached the stage of expansion from the stage of creation.

Political Section:

6 - The seven powerful countries of the region, which were traditional allies of the National Resistance Front, have reached a consensus on its support, and the circle of obstacles to external support has been completed.

7 - The anti-Taliban political and military forces, which were scattered and confused last year due to being taken by surprise, have recovered from the shock of the crisis and are returning to the Resistance Front to fight the Taliban.

8 - Steps were taken to mobilize anti-Taliban political forces. A political organization of the Front was created, the main front lines have been formulated and the recruitment of political forces has begun.

9 - The establishment of the Supreme Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan, consisting of a large number of anti-Taliban political-ethnic leaders, is also considered to be in line with the political goals of the National Resistance Front, which will lead to the creation of a strong and united front against the Taliban. Of course, more work needs to be done in this area to improve the level of coordination. Serious efforts are being made in this direction.

Enemy position:

10 - Internal disagreements with the enemy intensified every day.

Disagreements have intensified not only between the Durrani faction (which is backed by Qatar and the US) and the Ghilzai faction (backed by Pakistan) but there have also been disagreements on a number of other fronts that cannot be contained. Differences between the Taliban and ISIS, between the Taliban and Hizb-i-Tahrir, between the Taliban and Jamiat Islah, between the Taliban and Hizb-e-Islami, and between the Taliban and al-Qaeda, between the Taliban and other terrorist groups under the cover of this group, have developed.

In addition, divisions intensified between other politico-religious sects such as the Salafis and the Saifis, which were two sects associated with the Taliban. Firstly, a number of Salafis and Ahl al-Hadith were attacked by the Saifi's (followers of the Naqshbandi tariqa, who consider Saifurrahman, known in Pakistan as Piri Bola, the current leader of their tariqat) on the orders of the ISI, a number of Ahl al-Hadith were attacked on charges of Wahhabism, they also resorted to retaliatory strikes against the Salafis. This series of responses is expected to continue. Don't forget that Ahl al-Hadith scholars have the support of Saudi Arabia and some other Gulf states. These divisions intensified after Zawahiri's death in Kabul. Different factions are trying to take revenge on each other.

11 - Another serious test for this group was the non-recognition of the Taliban by the international community. At a recent meeting in Kandahar, the leadership of the group reportedly re-emphasized the imposition of restrictions on the education and work of girls and women, as well as some other religious restrictions, leaving Americans and some other countries who expected change from the Taliban to become frustrated with the group's ability to reform. and tried to change their relationship with the Taliban.

12 - Growing public dissatisfaction with the Taliban government is another element of the uprising that has frightened the group's leaders. Initially, the Taliban promised the people that the security situation and people's living conditions would improve over time, but time has shown that security has deteriorated and people are increasingly sinking into the abyss of poverty and suffering. This will destroy the small hope of the people to improve the situation under the rule of the Taliban.

13 - According to intelligence reports that have not yet been verified in detail, the Americans and some other countries have asked the Taliban leaders to either act in accordance with their wishes, make immediate and tangible changes in the government, or step down from power and return to their hiding places and missions. in Pakistan and Qatar. Under this pressure, the Taliban split into two groups. The Qatari faction wants to stay in power and act according to the US and international terms, but the other faction insists it is neither willing to accept foreign demands nor leave power. Of course, this faction follows the dictates and orders of Pakistan.
