In the mazhab of Imam Abu Hanifa, since Bibi Ayesha Siddiqa (r) was a jurist in Medina, women have the right to be judges

It is unfortunate that the Taliban have closed schools for girls under the pretense of preventing fitnah (temptation). The Taliban have committed not only the shame of Islam, but also oppression, because the basis of Islam is education, and the Taliban have deprived women of their religious rights, and this is inexcusable.

I am surprised that some political groups that do not have a sound Islamic mindset still want to reach an understanding with this ignorant group. It is against Islamic law when an ignorant and despotic group is in power or some politicians make an agreement with it. On the contrary, the Quran teaches us to turn away from the ignorant. Respected scholars said that you should not have a relationship with a fool. They (the Taliban) are absolutely stupid.

The Holy Quran says: “God, increase my knowledge!”. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that the study of science is farz - a presumption for Muslim men and women.

In our religious texts, we read that when people asked questions they referred to Bibi Ayesha Siddiqa (r) because Bibi Ayesha (r) was a jurist - faqih. Bibi Aisha was not only a literate woman who read the Holy Quran but was a poet and wrote poetry. It was narrated from Bibi Aisha that I have not seen anyone more knowledgeable among women than Bibi Fatima (p).

Bibi Zainab (r) founded the first school for women and the first university with a hostel was founded by a Muslim woman named Fatima al-Fakhri in 3 AD. I went and saw this university in the Maghreb (Morocco).

Women in Islam have reached the ascension in religion and we read the biography of Rabiya Adaviya in the famous book "Tazkirat ul-Avliya", a unique work of Sheikh Faridaddin Attar Nishapuri. In the madhhab (religious current) of Imam Abu Hanifa, since Bibi Ayesha Siddiqa (r) was a jurist in Medina, women are eligible to become judges. Other mazhabs, including the jurisprudence of the Jafari madhhab, have not granted this privilege to women and do not have convincing reasons.

Bibi Khadija Kobra, the wife of the Prophet of Islam (s), was a professional businessman.

In any case, we will omit the issues of refereeing, business, and women's work, which are all allowed by the religion of Islam. The education of Muslim women is a legal right of women and violation of this right is considered harassment. The actions of the Taliban are contrary to Islamic law, Islamic civilization, and Islamic justice, and this is oppression, and from the point of view of the Koran, oppression is equal to shirk - polytheism.

Man and woman are created from a single soul and have equal civil rights in society from a civil point of view. Men can also generate fitnah, and the suffering and tragedy of Afghanistan are more in the stupidity of men than women.
