16 leaders of foreign terrorist groups were sent by the Taliban to the northeast of Afghanistan.

Kunduz, September 26 - Sangar, press service of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan.

16 members of the leadership of foreign terrorist groups were transferred by the Taliban from various regions to Kabul, and then to the provinces of Baghlan, Kunduz, and Badakhshan.

According to information: Haji Furqon, leader of the Islamic Movement of East Turkistan, Mavlavi Ibrahim, head of the Tajik Jamaat Ansarullah, Sheikh Zakir, one of the leaders of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, and Abdulhaq Uighuri, head of the Al-Qaeda branch in the north of the country, arrived in Kabul on Tuesday, August 20, 2022, and at 11 Vazir Akbarkhan Street, spent three days at the Haji Afzal mansion, which belongs to the Haqqani network.

A reliable source told the National Resistance Front's strategic communications research team: "They met with Sirajuddin Haqqani, the leader of the Haqqani network, and discussed their plans for the future and the massive growth of foreign fighter networks in the north of the country over the next six months. 50 percent of all foreign fighters should be included in the plan to send to Central Asia.”

In these meetings, Abdulhaq of the Haji Furqan network and Sheikh Zakir of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan assumed responsibility for strengthening al-Qaeda and liaising with other offshoots of the group.

Based on decisions made in the Haqqani House, a large number of foreign fighters from Arab countries and countries in the region are sent to Afghanistan.

It should be said that Mawlavi Ibrahim, a Tajik, was appointed by the Haqqani network as the main responsible person for the foreign fighter network in the north of the country, which has the most ties to ISIS.

According to accurate information, Mavlavi Ibrahim left Kabul for Kunduz province on Monday, August 22, 2022, in a private Corolla car, the driver of which is a trusted representative of the Haqqani network.

On the other hand, Mavlavi Ibrahim, the leader of Jamaat Ansarullah of Tajikistan and the head of the ISIS branch in northern Afghanistan, was seen in the Imam Sahib region (Kunduz) at the end of August.

Based on the documents and information received, Haji Furqan and Abdulhak Uyghuri left Kabul on Sunday, August 21, 2022, for the city of Puli Khumri, Baghlan province, and are at the headquarters of the Taliban Intelligence Directorate in Baghlan.

According to the information, Sheikh Zakir, the main responsible person for the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, left Kabul on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, with two fighters of the Badakhshan special forces in a Corolla car belonging to Caliph Mahbub, the chief of staff of the Umari Solis division, left Kabul and drove in Baharak district, Badakhshan province.

Currently, Sheikh Zakir lives in the building of the former office of National Solidarity, now one of the military bases of the Taliban in the Baharak district, Badakhshan province.

Reliable documents and information received show that Mawlavi Ibrahim should work secretly and in advance in coordination with the Haqqani network for the benefit of ISIS in northern Afghanistan and gradually expand the zone of influence of ISIS in the countries of Central Asia through the province of Kunduz and through the border areas of the provinces of Takhar and Badakhshan.

Similarly, Haji Furqan, Sheikh Zakir, and Abdulhak Uyghuri should lead one large al-Qaeda branch in northern Afghanistan and thus pave the way for a greater threat to neighboring countries, the region, and the world.

After the occupation of Afghanistan by the criminal group Taliban, this country has become the world's largest refuge for terrorists.

Meanwhile, the increase in the presence of leaders and militants of terrorist groups causes serious concern in neighboring countries, the region, and the world.
