Removal of non-Pashtuns from Taliban government bodies is a joint plan of Khalilzad-Karzai-Haibatullah in collaboration with Pakistani and US intelligence.

By Nasir Rasikh

Punjabis once monopolized the army, intelligence, police, and other key agencies of Pakistan...

As the Afghan people's jihad against the Soviet invasion gained momentum, the balance of power in Pakistan was changing. Day by day, Punjabis felt threatened by the Afghan people's military potential and courage and by the spread of the spirit of freedom in the Pashtun families living in Pakistan's Khaibar Pakhtunkhwa province.

For this reason, they took the initiative to bring some tribal leaders and some common people from across the Durand River into the country's security structures so that they could keep the Afghan section of Pashtuns subservient to Punjab. This allowed many Pakistani Pashtuns to rise to high positions in the security and intelligence agencies.

Although during the jihad, Pakistani border nationalist parties had close ties with the ruling Communist Party of Afghanistan and through the KGB, the Punjabis stepped up their recruitment drive among the tribal masses to compete with the Soviet Union. After the defeat of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, the security and political situation changed.

The West and Pakistan were horrified by the rise of the mujahideen to power in the heart of Asia. They had not yet succeeded in completely suppressing the Afghan jihad. The jihad parties and organizations were counting on victory and the establishment of an Islamic government, but they did not suspect that the West and Pakistan would stab the mujahideen in the back.

Party wars began after the signing of the treaty in the Governor House of Peshawar, and this transitional government was the same idea of hypocrisy in the ranks of the jihad that Pakistan had implemented. At the same time, two trained spies, advisers on the Turkmenistan oil pipeline, Khalilzad and Hamid Karzai, whose ethnic brothers were representatives of the intelligence and security forces of Pakistan, joined forces with the United States to create, support, and promote an ethnic group called the Taliban. The first step was to disarm the mujahideen with their help.

Khalilzad's plan was successful during the first period of Taliban rule. Most of the mujahideen were disarmed by Pakistani commandos who entered Afghanistan in the form of Taliban through Chaman and Quetta. The first achievement of the Taliban puppet movement in Pakistan was to disarm the mujahideen of Haji Sarkatib by plotting and advancing towards Kandahar, Ghazni, Maidan, Logar and Chahar-Asiyab.

At that time, the Afghan people were aware of the successes of the Pakistani army and the plans of the ISI. The Pakistanis focused on disarming the Hizb-e-Islami mujahideen more than any other group in Afghanistan, as the Jamiat-e-Islami and Hizb-e-Wahdat fronts were protected from their direct threat by their geography. The intense battles between Hizb-e-Islami and the Taliban's Lashkar-e-Isar in the Ghazni and Maidan areas resulted in the retreat of commanders Amanullah Khajaman and Abu Bakr, followed by the capture of Chahar Asiyab. The Taliban captured Abdul Ali Mazari, the leader of the Wahdat party, and killed him, against the norms of ethics and Islam!

The Taliban and Pakistan have not yet been able to capture the Jihadi fronts. Ahmad Shah Massoud's formation of the first resistance to Pakistani aggression became a gathering point for various Jihadi leaders from all parties and nationalities. However, the jihadi leaders never had access to or knowledge of Khalilzad's role and agenda until the Taliban, thanks to Ahmad Shah Massoud, was able to advance and conquer the entire country.

Although the Taliban, relying on the ideas of Khalilzad and Karzai, received all the support they could, the experience of the mujahideen prevented them from making any overall progress. Ahmad Shah Massoud, with his self-confidence, mobility, and tactics, could have regained control of the country, but the plot to assassinate and martyr him at the hands of foreign Taliban supporters thwarted everything. After that, the Taliban's mentor, the United States, also wiped the Taliban out of the Afghan scene. The Americans and their NATO partners, taking advantage of the weakness of the Taliban puppet leadership, occupied Afghanistan entirely.

The next step, according to the plan of the American spy Khalilzad, was to install Karzai, the invisible mentor of the Taliban, as president and himself as the ruling ambassador in Kabul. Khalilzad wanted to convince Washington, according to fascist tribal plans, that it was in the best interests of the United States to have the Pashtuns in power. Khalilzad wanted to make ethnic fascism the master of the political destiny of the Afghans. Finally, during Afghanistan's occupation by the United States, both spies - Khalilzad and Karzai - with the help of Pakistan, were able to rearm and reunite the Taliban, and eventually make them masters of Kabul's Arg again.

However, due to circumstances and changes in American policy, Imran Khan, Khalilzad's tribesman and supporter of the Taliban, ended up in prison. Khalilzad is currently trying to free his fascist ally and associate Imran Khan from Pakistani jail and, with the help of trained Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) forces, expand the Pashtun sphere of rule in the region and pass off his fake Amir-ul-Mu'mineen as the real one. Pakistan, one part of which is controlled by Pashtuns in the security forces with the help of anti-Punjabi forces within the system, and the other part is ruled by the same Punjabis, should then be divided into several parts.

According to new information received, after Khalilzad's latest trip to Kabul with an American delegation and in coordination with Pakistani nationalists from the ISI, Mullah Haibatullah was ordered to purge government institutions of Tajiks and other non-Pashtun ethnic groups. Detailed reports indicate that in the ethnic cleansing of the “ethnic triangle” – the nationalist faction of the ISI+CCI, Khalilzad and the Quetta Council of the Taliban (Mullah Haibatullah) – it is decided to remove about 200,000 non-Pashtun Afghan government employees (most of whom are Tajiks) from government departments under the pretext of reforms. Exactly 8,000 non-Pashtun employees of the Ministry of Health are caught up in this ethnic cleansing.

Whether this is true or just a rumor, its impact on government departments will be seen in the coming weeks.

(According to an officially published report, the Taliban have decided to cut the number of employees in the Ministry of Defense, which is said to number between 75,000 and 120,000, by 20%, and in the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources by 12%. In the central office of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources alone, 476 positions have been cut - "Sangar".)

Khalilzad, the architect of the collapse of national unity in Afghanistan, believes that the rise of Persian in government offices was a mistake of the Durrani dynasty, whose administration was run by non-Pashtuns. But Khalilzad has forgotten, and history has not yet reached the truth of the realities of the time, to know the reason why Ahmad Shah Durrani was released from Kandahar prison at the age of 15 as a result of an Iranian coup and brought to the court of Nader Afshar for indoctrination. Ahmad Shah Durrani was like Khalilzad and Karzai, as well as Mullah Omar, Mullah Mansour, and Mullah Haibatullah. All were trained, armed, and became the arbiters of Afghan destinies in the intelligence services of the United States and Afghanistan's neighbors.

Nader Afshar had a guard of 40,000 men, composed of Persian-speaking Qizilbash. Ahmad Shah Durrani, a court servant of the Iranian king Nader Afshar, was of no value among his troops without the power of pen, writing, and Qizilbash administration. Likewise, after moving the capital from Kandahar to Kabul, Timur Shah Durrani had no choice but to use the literacy, writing, and knowledge of the native non-Pashtun population to advance the country's administrative affairs.

Now, unlike Ahmad Shah Durrani and Timur Shah Durrani, Khalilzad, Imran Khan, the nationalist Pashtuns of Pakistan, and the fascist faction of Mullah Haibatullah want to purge and disband government and administrative departments under the pretext of reforms. The goal is the same - to get rid of non-Pashtun officials.

Khalilzad, Quetta Shura, Imran Khan and their ethnic fascist gang should have realized that from the time of Alexander and Genghis Khan until now, the repeated defeats of the British Empire, the defeats of the Soviet Union and the defeats of the US and NATO in Afghanistan are the merit of its brave people and not the backward ethnocentrists of the Taliban.

The united nation of Afghanistan, the noble Pashtuns, the resourceful Tajiks, the tireless Hazaras, the Turkmens, the Uzbeks, the Nuristanis, the Aimaks, the Pashais... all the proud and free ethnic groups are the heirs of the freedom and independence of the country. Every intelligence group will be overthrown and defeated by the national uprising and rebellion of the united Afghan nation.

Mullah Haibatullah, you must understand that this power given to you for a few days will not last long. The murder and execution of the youth of Panjshir and Andrab with their hands tied was a manifestation of the same fanatical and stupid thinking that today is leading your fascist supremacy to the overthrow, genocide, and collapse of the national unity of Afghanistan.

Remember, after sacking 200,000 non-Pashtun officials from the government and administrative departments, another nail will be hammered into the coffin of the Taliban movement. Ultimately, a popular uprising will shake your foundation to such an extent that you will never forget it.

Mullah Haibat should not take any further part in the deadly game of alliance with the complex ISI apparatus, risking his fate and the fate of the Afghan people.

Ethnic cleansing and sacking of non-Pashtun employees only expands the ranks and numbers of soldiers of the cultural and political revolution of the country and will make the overthrow of fascism disguised as religion and sharia inevitable.

Pashtuns-patriots, and warriors of the homeland, in the ranks of free and united believers of the Afghan land, are speaking out against the fascism of the ignorant minority called the Taliban. All the noble and free tribes of Afghanistan, like the overthrow of the aggressors of historical periods, this time are speaking out against the crimes of the Taliban, in which the goals of foreigners are hidden, and will jointly save the homeland.
