As a student in the Soviet Union, we were taught about the potential danger of a nuclear attack and the necessary precautions to take. In the event of an attack, we were advised to immediately evacuate the city and find shelter in nearby villages within 30 minutes to minimize radiation exposure.
But in Germany, they are silent on this matter.

In the past, it was said that nuclear war could be avoided despite the United States and the Soviet Union possessing over 38,000 nuclear warheads capable of destroying the Earth eight or nine times over.
But for some time now this paradigm has changed. Both the United States and its allies, and China, and Russia talk about the inevitability of nuclear war, including the use of tactical weapons.
The war in Ukraine is one of the focuses to which the West is constantly pulling Russia, and the second focus is Taiwan.
Most experts believe that the use of nuclear weapons is possible in the theater of military operations in the Far East.

China's allies are Russia and North Korea.
The end of the war in Ukraine means the transfer of most of the Russian S-400 missiles to China to protect its space.
The transfer of the Sarmat and Poseidon strategic nuclear missiles changed the nuclear strategic balance in favor of Russia for the first time.
Americans expect that a major nuclear war will not occur and America will be spared. But in Russia, they clearly say that a nuclear war, even in a tactical form, can lead to the use of strategic weapons and, at the end of it, to the complete destruction of America and two-thirds of Russian territory, given the number of nuclear warheads.

The West, led by the United States, opposes the uprising of the “global South” - most of the former colonies. Their dominance is disappearing before our eyes. The West, which has been accustomed to dominating and ruling the world since the times of Ancient Rome and especially over the last 400 years, cannot bear the end of its power and is ready to maintain its control even at the cost of destroying most of the world's population.
