Why don't the Taliban even take into account the recommendations of the Koran?

When we look at the historical past, at the ups and downs of human history, we will see that the result of all wars, violence, and conflicts is human murder for which there is no justification. The Holocaust caused by the Third Reich is the greatest crime, apartheid South Africa is an inhumane crime that can never be justified. If I go beyond this, the history of our country includes many years of destruction, chaos, and genocide. According to Dr. Spanta, bitter and tragic events and bloody disasters occurred in this “killer geography.”
Civil wars and struggles for power are considered one of the darkest moments in the history of Afghanistan. There have always been some factors such as the occupation of peoples' lands, religious conflicts, discrimination, and political violence... all of which have raged on this land for many years. Hundreds of innocent people became victims of the desire for profit of individuals who never thought about the consequences for the people and national interests of the country.
The scale of this catastrophe is becoming deeper and wider every day and year, and the words of several traitors and deceivers who have repeatedly said: “This is war, and in war bread and halva are not shared,” it is impossible to justify inhumane actions, bloody disasters, ethnic hegemony and the desire for power and to bypass this historical tragedy easily.
War and bloodshed, murder, massacres, the murder of brother by brother - all these are the disgusting traditions of the desire for power of a certain people who for years have used any means against others to seize power and have disdained civil, democratic, and liberal methods. The passion for ethnic hegemony made them never recognize these universal international principles; Even as the relative era and model of Western democracy emerged, the tribe of anger and violence launched a poisonous propaganda against it; After all, some people from within, in collusion with external factors and with an entirely ethnic agenda and fascist mindset, have discredited and failed Afghanistan's model of democracy more than any other model.
On the other hand, in some cases, if some people wanted to come to power through civilian means and institutionalize a strong tradition of achieving power in this country, this monopoly group prevented it, using every pretext, trick, and conspiracy. Finally, we are faced with serious obstacles and challenges to the democratic process.
Important among them are the bloody games and battles and the bitter tragedy of the last five decades, when various groups, in order to gain military-political power, pulled this country out of the caravan of civilization and progress and made thousands of oppressed and innocent people victims of their supremacy. In order to survive and maintain their power, the Khalq-Parcham groups killed hundreds of people in the Pulicharchi prison and some other areas on the pretext of being against their defined national interests.
After the overthrow of Dr. Najib's autocratic regime and the rule of the Mujahideen, fighting between factions intensified. Bloody proxy wars were organized against the government in Kabul. This ultimately led to the fall of the Mujahideen government. This was another tragedy that cannot be ignored and forgotten.
The Taliban monster took possession of Kabul (6 Mizan 1375 - September 26, 1996) with a gloomy and monstrous face. He used all kinds of anger, violence, and tyranny against the people. The Taliban religious police, known as Amr bil maruf, beat and harassed citizens with cables, which was considered the worst form of violence. They didn't even understand that people or animals were being beaten with cables. They brutally beat people, and as a result of their flogging, dozens of people died.
In short, watching a primitive, brutal usurper newcomer in Kabul, who is not familiar with any of the components of urban culture and citizenship, one can see and observe the death of humanity in the face of the Taliban. Their five-year reign in the country is full of tragic scenes and scenarios of religious nonsense, reminding a person of the Middle Ages, especially the sad memories of forced slavery in the Egyptian pyramids. In those sad scenes that were visible through the media, it was easy to see the decline of humanity in those days.
This group of demagogues with their religious slogans and Islamic approach have committed the most heinous inhuman acts in the country. It has not paid the slightest attention to any of the components of human rights and human dignity. Even though human rights institutions have reacted strongly to the inhumane and immoral behavior of the Taliban many times, asking them to respect the ethics of war and treat civilians and prisoners humanely in accordance with religious texts and Islamic teachings, they have not paid any attention to the reaction and requests from human rights institutions. They continued to kill old people, young people, children, women, men - everyone indiscriminately. This human tragedy has been ongoing in the country since the Taliban's first rise to power and has resumed since their second rise.
At the beginning of their rise, the Taliban killed hundreds of people in some northern provinces, especially in the Yakawlang district of Bamiyan, Balkh, Kapisa, Parwan, Saripul, and other places. With all these inhuman crimes of this group, they have repeatedly proven the death of humanity and shown its decline. In fact, this barbaric and petrified group rejected all human values, killing many innocent people.
If this group believed in the Koran, God, and religion, then why did it ignore the moral recommendations of Islam?! In the Koran, in one of the verses (Sura Maida, 32) it is clearly stated: “The murder of a person is the murder of society.” However, unlike this group of takfiris, they treat all religious texts and components as a tool and to achieve their non-human and ethnic goals, distort and interpret the Quranic texts according to their wishes. The most accurate definition and recognition that people can get from the activities of this group over the last three decades and which can give the exact nature and identity of this group is as follows: “Taliban Group” is another type of Kharijite but in the 21st century! However, the Taliban with ethnic nationalism have become much worse and more terrible than the Kharijites of the beginning of Islam.
