The Taliban held a secret meeting with representatives of the American, British, and Pakistani intelligence services at the Serena Hotel in Kabul.

Kabul, July 21 - Sangar, Farzam Kazemi. Another meeting was held in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of the Balkh province.

A source in the Taliban Security Directorate told a Sangar correspondent that the meetings took place four days ago (July 17) in Kabul and two days ago (July 19) in Mazar-i-Sharif, and the main issue for discussion was the opening of a new “southern front” against Russia on the borders of Central Asia.

“The Americans and NATO are very worried that they failed in Ukraine. Now they are pressuring the Taliban to act in accordance with the Doha agreement. The Taliban promised the Americans in Doha that they would work together to advance American policy in the region. Therefore, the United States has handed over billions of dollars worth of weapons to them and pays a weekly tribute of $40 million. Although according to our data, this amount, which is given in the media, is very underestimated” the source said.

The Doha Agreement between the US and the Taliban was signed on February 29, 2020. Although it is called the "Afghan Peace Agreement", it was actually completed by the transfer of power to the Taliban and terrorist forces under their command on August 15, 2021. So far, several pages of this document have been published. According to their content, the Taliban are obliged not to pose a threat to the security of the United States and its allies and to cease cooperation with terrorist organizations. But according to a number of Afghan politicians, this agreement has hidden applications, according to which the Taliban, as "American militias" or "Afghan Black Waters", are obliged to act according to US plans in the region. Their main task is called the destabilization of Central Asia.

A Sangar source said that at a secret meeting at the Serena Hotel, the Americans asked the Taliban to start military operations on the northern borders of Afghanistan and start shaking the situation in the countries of Central Asia so that the Russians would intervene from that side.

“According to the Americans, drawing Russia into destabilization in Central Asia will change the balance of the war in Ukraine in favor of the US and NATO,” the source said.

According to him, this meeting was attended by representatives of the General Directorate of National Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense of the Taliban, who have good relations and ties with the United States.

“This is the Taliban circle that was going to start a war with Iran. But it is unknown what they agreed on at this meeting,” the source said.

He added that the meeting was held in a hall alongside the CIA (US Central Intelligence Agency) office at the Serena Hotel and was moderated by a man under the pseudonym "Richard", an American officer.

The source reports that this issue, as well as a number of measures against Iran, were also discussed at a meeting in Mazar-i-Sharif.

“The Americans told the Taliban that pro-Russian and pro-Iranian groups could interfere with their plan. Therefore, it was decided to transfer the forces of foreign fighters, primarily the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TPP), to the northern provinces under the guise of migrant naqils,” the source said.

A few days ago, 300 Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) fighters were deployed under the cover of naqils to Darai Ashraf and Baghe Wazir, Tolawu Barfak district of Baghlan province. To work with them, a group of 30 Kandahar Taliban is stationed in the area, with direct ties to Mullah Yaqub, the Taliban defense minister.

In addition, about 200 other members of the TTP are expected to be deployed in the Pruzhae Hamdard, in the area between Nahreshahi district and the city of Mazar-i-Sharif.

Earlier, it was also reported about the transfer of TTP fighters to the provinces of Kunduz, Takhar, Juzjan, Faryab, and Badghis bordering Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.
