A gloomy picture of the future of the world, the region, and Afghanistan in the confrontation of the great powers

Author: Fayaz Bahraman Najimi, member of the Sangar Advisory Board

- As I said, eventually Ukraine will be divided between Russia, Poland, and Hungary, and Moldova between Russia and Romania.

- The world after the war in Ukraine will forever become a different world with new actors and poles.

- Absolute 30 years of military dominance and 70 years of US dollar dominance have been challenged.

- In fact, the world is facing an "insurgency" whose main thrust is directed against the 400-year-old world order, centered mainly in Europe and, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, in America.

- Russia, China, and India at different levels want to make the world multipolar.

- This group consists of influential regional Asian players such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and to some extent the Philippines in the Far East; Iran, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia in the Greater Middle East; Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa in the African and Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Chile in the Americas.

- Multilateral confrontation is a sign that most of the world is tired of the domination of the West, which, in the name of democracy and freedom, has tried its best to impose not only its values on the governments and peoples of other countries but also created a large gap between poverty in the countries of the “South” and well-being and great wealth in the "North".

- Former US allies in Asia, Africa, and Latin America are gradually seeking to shift their vision from the West to the East as the future center of political and economic power.

- In this context, the Ukrainian war is a matter of “life and death” for both sides, which coincided with the great structural crisis of capitalism and increased the risk of a devastating nuclear war.

- Signs of this war are reflected not only in the words and deeds of both sides, but also in other factors, from energy to food, from inflation to the emergence of militant nationalism.

- Most of the wars of the capitalist era were caused by economic crises.

- The world is going through a period of transition either to destruction or to great changes in international relations.

- Our region is one of the arenas of big confrontations.

- The first siren of change against Chinese rule was sounded in Pakistan.

- A “soft” coup against Imran Khan is the beginning of a plan to create a crisis in the region.

- The change of government in Pakistan and the bombing of the Khost and Kunar regions in Afghanistan had a clear message: a positive response to the US request to put pressure on the Taliban, who were supported by Imran Khan and China.

- On the other hand, suspicious fronts are emerging from the former US-affiliated troops in Afghanistan.

- A large number of former Mujahideen leaders are preparing "to be hired".

- The presence of a group associated with MI6 and the CIA called ISIS-Khorasan is becoming more and more visible in northern Afghanistan.

- A trap is also set inside a crisis.

- Efforts are being made to involve China in a war with Taiwan.

- The tense international atmosphere has a direct impact on the situation of the inhabitants of the region.

- The future agenda is to ignite ethnic and religious wars in the region, which should start in the territory called Afghanistan (the massacre of Hazara Shiites, and representatives of Sunni Sufi sects by Salafis - Takfirists, which we have seen in Afghanistan in recent days, is a clear example these plans - "Sangar").

- In the near future, Afghanistan can blow up the region like a bomb.
