Although at the beginning of the Taliban's rise to power, there was a positive view of this group in the region, but gradually, this positive view turned into a negative view. The reason for this is that the Taliban are essentially an evil element, disrupting security and a taffeta woven separately from the regional and peripheral security order.
Considering this fact, a realistic look at Afghanistan's case does not show any key as an available solution, except for the region to solve the crisis of this country with its operational power and capacity. Only the region is able to return the lost security of Afghanistan to this country and protect this geography from the danger of terrorism and religious extremism that serves the interests of America and its western allies.
Our main focus is on the latent capacity in the region. China has high economic power and ability; it can keep Afghanistan's dependent economy at least in moderation and guide it in the path of economic development. Iranians have high operational and anti-terrorist capabilities, and in this regard, in coordination with China and Russia, they can curb the growing power of extremism and religious extremism.
But the prominent role of Russia should not be forgotten. This country has deep knowledge of Afghanistan. He was present in it and has been involved in the Afghanistan issue for many years. The Russians, with their high military and security capacity and growing economic influence in the region, can be the key to stability and security in Afghanistan. It is for this reason that this spirit has gradually been formed among people of Afghanistan and the region that only the region can solve the problem of Afghanistan and the crisis of America's self-interested intervention in this country, which has become a great source of instability and insecurity to end.
Now, the think tanks of the countries of the region have revealed their skeptical view of the Taliban by adopting a series of measures and have realized the main nature of the Taliban as the hand of America. In this sense, Russia has taken the initiative and held meetings with the presence of Taliban opponents and resistance fronts, and has taken the initiative of the Moscow format in this regard.
Moscow can play an influencing role in the situation of Afghanistan, but its condition is to create a political, security and economic convergence at the regional level, which should be accompanied by resorting to a multilateral approach. The joint presence of the three powers in the region (China, Russia and Iran) which are affected by the three threat components such as terrorism, drugs and separatism, can create a common point of view between them and be a strong message for the trans-region to stop supporting terrorist groups and obey the decision of the region regarding the security and stability of Afghanistan.
However, it is clear that the terrorism embedded in the north and northeast of Afghanistan has trans-Afghanistan goals in mind, and the US wants to cause its Asian rivals a wide security challenge through it. The presence of more than twenty terrorist groups, the confiscation of all kinds of weapons and ammunition with the American military equipment that was donated to the republican government, handing over the government and political power to the Taliban, and turning Afghanistan into a safe haven for foreign terrorists and issuing terrorist and subversive ideology, Afghanistan puts it in a difficult situation and threatens the security and stability of the region.
If this program is challenged, there is a possibility of American intervention in different ways. This issue has been heard many times in recent days from American officials, former officials of the deposed republic and political analysts. But the truth of the matter is that the trans-region neither wants nor can play an influential role in the Afghanistan issue and efforts to resolve it.
The region with high capacity and political, military and economic maneuver can provide a prescription for the future of Afghanistan. Because by presenting this version, the responsibility of providing security, political stability and economic progress of Afghanistan is on the shoulders of the region and it is forced to accept the responsibility whether it wants to or not. In such a case, possible external, extra-regional scenarios and security agendas of extra-regional allies against Asian allies are easily restrained, because they do not have the necessary platform.
The region has understood that Afghanistan should be under the security cover of political and security structures like Shanghai. Neither the security belt of South Asia, which is involved in the heat of competition between India and Pakistan, religious and ideological crises, confrontation of nationalist ideologies, left and right, has the ability to restore stability and security to Afghanistan, nor the Middle East, which From the west, it keeps Afghanistan within its security radius.
There remains only the issue of China's independent security belt in the northeast, which undoubtedly the Chinese can never move apart from Shanghai's security agenda. Therefore, Shanghai has a decisive role with its high capacity and strategic alliance, which is its main nature, and the security, economic and political crises that Afghanistan is involved in, can challenge its security.
Consensus and unity of action can also be seen in the performance of this organization. Meanwhile, the existence of a potential threat in Afghanistan, the terrorist nature of the Taliban group and the incompatibility of this regime with the intellectual and political structure of the region will separate the region from the Taliban in the future.
While the trans-region with destabilizing security agendas, they see the Taliban as a suitable option for the implementation of this program, and as long as the interests of the Taliban and the trans-region in the implementation of destabilizing agendas are on the same path, the Taliban will continue to They will stay in power and fuel regional instability.
This situation continued until the significant intervention of the region and with pressure and practical steps, the situation will change. For the region, it is necessary to anticipate tomorrow and put the ideology of providing political and security stability on the agenda with a strategic thought towards a positive change in the situation of Afghanistan.
