Note: Sangar's sources in Russia confirmed Ahmad Massoud's visit to the country and his meeting with a delegation led by Taliban Defense Minister Mullah Yakub. But the main question is what is happening in the macropolitics of the region and what is in store for the National Resistance Front?

The activation of the intelligence services of neighboring countries and the region and their coordination with active diplomacy at the regional level shows that some developments are taking place behind the scenes of political changes and in the security sphere.

Unlike in the past, China, Russia, and Iran are thinking about new solutions to the situation in Afghanistan. The establishment of channels of communication with individual branches, bypassing the Haqqani Network and resistance leaders, coincides with the development of a new situation in Afghanistan.

It is reported that the leader of the National Resistance Front Ahmad Massoud and the Taliban delegation met in Moscow.

It is said that at the center of these discussions is the future of Afghanistan and how to find a compromise.

If this information is correct, and Russia, changing its previous approach, will try to reconcile the resistance and the Taliban and create some kind of compromise; This means the presence of Russia in Afghanistan, which in a general sense means a confrontation with the US and other countries.

The Russians have concerns about the expansion and development of the ISIS project in Afghanistan.

It is generally accepted that ISIS does not exist in Afghanistan, and what is exaggerated is the result of Taliban divisions and, to some extent, the group's internal game to acquire benefits from major countries and the region.

But now things are organized differently. During this period, great efforts and investments have been made so that this time the case of the Shanghai Region (SCO) has been completed. The Shanghai region is the main target of this round of games, and efforts are being made to finish the job with new tactics and ways.

At the same time, the frustration of the region and powerful countries such as China, Russia, and Iran with the Taliban has forced regional diplomacy to step up and find new ways to deal with the new situation. However, the US is also active in the region and taking control of the Taliban by creating covert intelligence channels.

Numerous CIA meetings with Taliban intelligence and through the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) have caused a thaw in Taliban relations with the United States, and on this account, there are also suggestions that perhaps the Haqqani Network, which holds the main helm of power, should be the main promoter and patron this strategic program. On the other hand, the Kandahar wing and the Qatar office are trying to find a foothold for themselves. On this axis, the Russians are more active and, in close coordination with the Iranians and the Chinese, are trying to manipulate the security and political dynamics in their favor.

On the other hand, the first two countries, maintaining relations with the Resistance Front, are trying to organize a new front against this great project. Because, in their opinion, the alternative to the Taliban regime is a coalition structure, including the Kandahar Taliban and the Resistance Front, separated from the Haqqani network, which can manage the situation until it reaches the desired state.

But what is the duty of resistance, and how can this situation and opportunity be used?

First, the political-diplomatic layer and the cores connected with it should be put on active and constructive interaction with these countries and become part of this process. If the diplomatic work goes hand in hand with the fighting on the battlefield and is coordinated, one can hope to change the new situation. If the current lobbying in favor of the Resistance Front continues in the right direction and attracts attention, the next meetings will focus on building a strong front that can counter and hinder the American terrorist project.

Because the countries of the region and the neighbors of Afghanistan have realized that the current situation and its preservation does not meet the interests of the security and stability of the region, and the current Taliban regime will become the basis of terrorist super programs in the region that can threaten security and endanger the entire region. Therefore, efforts are being made to initiate new initiatives to activate forces capable of fighting institutionalized terrorism in Afghanistan. China, Russia, and Iran cannot accept the fact that the projects of self-destruction and undermining the security of the entire region will be carried out by a religious extremist regime under their noses.

Because the general understanding is that the current ISIS emerged from the Taliban as a result of a compromise and is developing. The new game on the ISIS axis will be aimed at destroying regional security and creating numerous security problems for the surrounding countries, as well as creating a fundamental fake government whose only task is to support and logistical support for this project.

If this bogus government changes its form and compromises a bit with Western standards, it will soon be recognized and its fall problem will be solved. But the other side of the matter is that the Russians, understanding this program and measurements in the field, are trying to prevent any security problems on their southern borders, which includes the territory of Central Asia and turn the situation in their favor. The main goal of the Russians is to keep the war and fight outside the area, and Afghanistan is being considered for such a stage.

In addition, maintaining the existing level of security, covering and protecting the southern borders, and creating a wall to counter the threats of terrorism and extremism are to prevent further penetration of extremist groups into Central Asia. This assessment is the result of the accumulation of multinational terrorist groups and the creation of operational units of the al-Qaeda network in the northern regions of Afghanistan, especially in Badakhshan, Takhar, and Kunduz, which are becoming a haven for international terrorists. In the meantime, what should the Resistance Front do to seize this opportunity?

The current resistance must find ways to preserve itself until the situation and the fate of the current Taliban order are clarified and have constant and significant maneuvers on the battlefields. Creating ways of mutual understanding and creating a channel of communication with countries that influence the situation in Afghanistan can provide good opportunities for resistance. This work can influence the situation of war and resistance in the long run and change the conditions.
