MASHHAD, 11 jan - "Sangar". In order to ensure lasting peace and security, for the realization of justice, equality, and brotherhood. To establish an Islamic system and to build a united, united, and prosperous Afghanistan, thanking the Islamic Republic of Iran for its sincere efforts to ensure peace in Afghanistan, we offer the following peace plan:
Basic principles and foundations:
1- Establishment of the Islamic system with the recitation of the Republic of Muslim Scholars;
2- Ensuring human rights, especially women's rights and freedom of the media;
3- Creating a decentralized, parliamentary system and electing governors;
4- Forming a neutral, impartial, and active Afghanistan;
5- Ensuring social justice by establishing an elected system in the country;
6- Preserving territorial integrity, unity, and national solidarity in the framework of social justice;
7- Denying any discrimination and seeking extra-legal privileges among the citizens of Afghanistan based on ethnicity, language, and religion;
8- Fundamental solution of national issues such as national days, national personalities, national banknote, national anthem, national flag, national languages, the identity of the country's citizens, and other.
Solutions:
A -
1- The formation of a transitional government through a large national meeting under the auspices of the United Nations and the presence of countries in the region and the world abroad;
2- Holding general elections, the entrance of the permanent government;
B -
1- Holding a large national meeting inside Afghanistan, if the UN peacekeeping forces provide security;
2- Holding general elections and creating a permanent government.
Note: The members of this Grand National Council are determined according to the population of each province. The UN Census of Afghanistan is a credible one. The distribution of seats in the transitional government is also based on this census among the ethnicities of Afghanistan.
