It seems, Russia received a response to its military cooperation with the Taliban in Kazakhstan

The situation is exacerbated when the vast country, with an area of more than 2.7 million square kilometers, is the ninth largest country in the world in terms of land area, resource-rich underground mines, and share thousands of kilometers of border with Russia.
If such a country will be available to international terrorism and Russia's international and regional adversaries, it will be involved in the conflict in thousands of kilometers along its eastern border. It's far more dangerous than Ukraine, as Kazakhstan's eastern neighbors will be severely vulnerable.
It is not unreasonable for the Taliban to call for peaceful negotiations with the insurgents and a settlement through dialogue, which is considered a kind of sympathy of Kazakh insurgents, and some media outlets had reported that the rebels were armed and went through hostilities in Afghanistan.
Kazakhstan as a transcontinental friend and brother country is important in Central Asia in many ways. Geographically, from the north and east, it is connected with huge and powerful countries like Russia and China, to the south with Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, and in the west through the Caspian Sea with Russia and Azerbaijan.
Kazakhstan has the largest agricultural lands and its underground resources, especially oil, gas, and uranium ores. On the other hand is a reliable trading partner of Afghanistan, which flour and wheat exports balance the afghan food market in recent decades. Our country has a shortage of food raw materials and Kazakhstan plays a great role to solve this problem.
Given the geopolitical and economic importance of this country and the danger of greedy encroachments on rich resources and reaching strategic points of that country, it is necessary to pay more attention to security in this important country. Recent events in the capital and some major cities and the looting of national funds have become a cause for serious concern for Kazakhstan's friends in Afghanistan.
We express our concern about the recent events and the occurrence of unfortunate events. Our friendly country Kazakhstan is a full member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which founder is Russia, and Afghanistan is also an observer member of this treaty, we believe that stability and security in Kazakhstan is a necessity for all member-states and the region, that's why it must be paid close attention to maintaining it's stability.
I wish peace and prosperity to the brother country of Kazakhstan.
