How can an organization that cannot protect its employee protect the ordinary people of Afghanistan?

A number of friends, especially Afghan political and social parties and institutions, are counting on the inter-Afghan negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations to produce a positive result and bring Afghanistan out of this impasse. But some other dear Afghans, especially our respected sisters, are dissatisfied with the actions of the UN and even say that this organization supports the Taliban, which they are right on their part.
I do not believe that the United Nations can do anything worthwhile in Afghanistan. The United Nations, especially Mr. Guterres, cannot heal the pain of the Afghan people.
I want to share the following points with you and leave the decision to you.
Does the United Nations know what has happened to the people of Afghanistan during more than four decades of bloody wars, and superpower invasions, first by the Soviet Union and then by the United States and its allies?
Does the United Nations know that in Afghanistan between these two wars, that is, during the Soviet and American times, more than one million eight hundred thousand people were killed and hundreds of thousands more were injured and maimed?
Poverty, tyranny, and injustice are now rampant in Afghanistan, with more than 20 million people living below the poverty line under Taliban rule.
During these 40 years, crimes have been committed in Afghanistan, and these crimes continue to this day. Has any perpetrator been brought before the International Court of Justice, or is there hope that such might happen?
Were the assets and capital acquired from the blood of the Afghan people seized? Has anyone been punished? No, it wasn't...
The truth is that there is nothing the United Nations can do in Afghanistan. An organization that can not even implement its charter. The Taliban banned the work of women in UN offices. But every day the UN helplessly begs them to let them work, while violating its principles and charter! An organization that cannot protect its employee who provides for his livelihood, how can the ordinary Afghan people be saved?
How can the people of Afghanistan expect the United Nations to step forward and do something for us?
I do not believe that the United Nations can be a cure for the pain and suffering of the Afghan people, because this organization is under the influence of the superpowers. It feeds on the superpowers and acts on their orders. Until the superpowers reach a common consensus on Afghanistan, the UN can do nothing, even if it holds hundreds of other meetings.
The same United Nations had two or three major missions in Afghanistan and spent millions of the world's dollars on humanitarian aid. What was the result?
Afghanistan has become even more devastated. The principles, the law, the rules, and the system of statehood were lost. More people immigrated and Afghanistan was once again in the hands of terrorist groups. This is the result of the activities of the United Nations. This is the result of our belief and opinion about global superpowers.
If we believe in the United Nations and the actions we saw in Doha and these statements about women's rights, we will certainly not reach our goal.
This belief that the United Nations will deliver us from this suffering is a “dream, fantasy, impossibility and folly”…
It is only necessary to become a united fist and take a step toward the altar in order to save our country, otherwise, there is no other way.
