Soheil Zmaray is about 30 years old. He is the son of Haji Zmarai one of the former commanders of Ustad Atamohammad Nur. His mother is Ustad Ata's cousin.
According to Sangar's interlocutor, Soheil Zmarai was last seen today, during the evening prayer, in the mosque next to their house, which was built by his father several years ago.
