Mullah Haibatullah prepared a 56,000-strong army to repel "another foreign aggression."

Kandahar, February 21 - Sangar, Mirwais Shirzai. One of the leaders of the anti-Taliban resistance in Turkey says that in two to three months serious changes will take place in Afghanistan.

A source close to Mullah Haibatullah, whose name we will not name, told the Sangar correspondent that Mullah Haibatullah's army is fully equipped and trained and consists of commanders loyal to him, mainly Pashtuns of Lui Kandahar (Kandahar, Helmand, Uruzgan, Zabul provinces).

“He told his associates that he was preparing for another war against foreign aggression. “Amirulmuminin” did not name the country, but those around him believe that he means Pakistan and the United States, which are trying to demolish him from the Emirati throne with the help of the Haqqani network and the Mullah Yaqub group,” the source said.

Earlier, Sangar reported that on the orders of Mullah Haibatullah, a Security Council was created under the leadership of a prominent Taliban commander, Sadr Ibrahim, which also included three other high-ranking commanders - Mullah Shirin, Mullah Fazil, and Mullah Qayum Zakir. This council is actually in charge of the affairs of law enforcement agencies in Afghanistan.

Hibatullah's "soft coup" against the Haqqanis and the Kandaharis

After the news was published, recordings of speeches to the people by Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani, Mullah Yaqub, Minister of Defense, and Abdusalam Hanafi, Deputy Prime Minister of the Taliban, appeared on social networks, in which Mullah Haibatullah was criticized without mentioning his name.

According to other information, which was confirmed to the Sangar correspondent in the Kandahar Taliban police, at the direction of Mullah Haibatullah, all suicide units controlled by the Haqqani Network were transferred from Kabul to this province last week.

“They were placed at one of the facilities around the Kandahar air base. From now on, these forces will be directly subordinate to Haibatulla himself," the source said.

Mullah Haibatullah seems to be gradually consolidating his power under various pretexts and weakening his opponents, including the Haqqani network, which in turn is a sign of increased competition between the powers involved in Afghanistan's affairs.

From the analysis published by the US media, it becomes clear that Mullah Haibatullah is not in the US game, and Washington is banking on the Haqqani network and Mullah Yakub.

Afghanistan in 2023: "an American point of view"

Some other developments, including the refusal of a Pakistani representative to attend the Moscow meeting, as well as an agreement between a Pakistani company and Poland to supply weapons to Warsaw, show that Pakistan, the patron of the Haqqani network and the creator of the Taliban in general, is also on the American side of the Afghan field.

Pakistani trace in the Ukrainian war

Experts believe that Islamabad views the revitalization of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as a joint action by India and Russia. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, which has taken refuge in the provinces of Kandahar, Helmand, and Zabul, according to reliable sources, has close ties to Mullah Haibatullah and is financed and equipped by India.

But there is no reliable information about which country supports Mullah Haibatullah. Here are just some of the evidence and clear signs that Iran, India, and Russia are behind him. Its prominent commanders Sadr Ibrahim and Mullah Qayyum Zakir are considered "Iranian Taliban".

According to a new report received from Sangar's sources in Iran, the country's Foreign Ministry called the head of the Afghan embassy and asked him to close the embassy gates and hand over the key. A document signed by Taliban Foreign Minister Amirkhan Muttaqi has been released, according to which someone named Fazl Mohammad Haqqani has been appointed Chargé d'Affaires of the Afghan Embassy in Tehran.

Meanwhile, one of the former jihadist leaders (name withheld) in Turkey told a Sangar source that the situation in Afghanistan would change in two months.

“Pakistan and the US intend to eliminate Mullah Haibatullah. Their plan is to form an inclusive government with Taliban moderates such as the Haqqani network and Mullah Yaqub, as well as US-backed parties and organizations in exile such as the party of Hanif Atmar and some of the Supreme Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan,” the source said.

There are also unconfirmed reports of rising tensions between the Taliban in Kabul. For example, two days ago, the Taliban, part of the Haqqani faction, attacked and disarmed the entire staff of Police Station No. 21, the head of which was a Taliban from the Haibatullah group. In response, Haibatullah's Taliban attacked Police Station No. 5, commanded by a man from the Haqqani group, and after a short fight captured it.

From these reports, we can conclude that the differences and rivalries between the Taliban in Afghanistan are becoming more acute every day. On the one hand, the US and Pakistan want not only to maintain their presence in Afghanistan but also to take control of the situation in the country. On the other hand, Russia, India, Iran, and China are trying not only to control the affairs of Afghanistan and drive the United States out forever but also to destroy Pakistan as a "hotbed of evil."

Apparently, the “foreign aggression” that Mullah Haibatullah is talking about is the same plan that the last four countries are currently working on.
