According to information provided to Sangar by the press service of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan (NRF), Front forces at 20:25 (July 8, 2024) attacked a Taliban militant booth at the entrance gate of the Police Camp of the 4th district of Kabul. As a result, one Taliban member was killed and another was wounded.
Before this, the NRF forces, at about 23:00 on Sunday, July 7, 2024, attacked a Taliban militant post in the Dahane Kurgal area in the vicinity of the Doab district of Nuristan province. As a result, one Taliban terrorist was killed and two more were wounded.
The firefight between the two sides lasted about 20 minutes, while the NRFA forces were not harmed.
This was the third attack by NRF forces on enemy positions in the last 24 hours, which occurred in the provinces of Herat and Nuristan, as a result of which the forces of the Taliban terrorist movement were injured.
At 20:40 on Sunday, July 7, NRF forces attacked Taliban militias in front of the Pukhta Company in the vicinity of the Guzara district of Herat Province. As a result, 2 Taliban terrorists were killed.
That same night at 8:50 (July 7), NRF forces attacked Taliban militants in the ninth district of Herat city, as a result of which two terrorists were killed and another was wounded. Enemy weapons fell into the hands of resistance fighters.
NRF forces attacked Taliban militants in the fifth district of Farah at 19:40 on Saturday, July 6. As a result, a member of the Taliban terrorist group named Mullah Sher Ahmad, the group's operational leader, was killed. His weapons fell into the hands of resistance fighters.
In another operation, at 22:45 on July 6, NRF forces attacked Taliban militants in the first district of the city of Zaranj, the center of Nimroz province. As a result, a Taliban border guard was killed and another was seriously injured.
On Friday, July 5, at 20:30, NRF forces attacked Taliban militants at the entrance gate of the 16th security district of Kabul city, as a result of which 3 Taliban were killed and two more were injured.
On the night of Thursday, July 4 at 9:10, NRFA forces attacked an enemy checkpoint located in “Dahane Darae Kaltan” in the Nurgaram district of Nuristan province. As a result, one Taliban terrorist was killed and two others were wounded.
The battle between the two sides lasted about 20 minutes, after which the FNS forces returned to their positions.
At 15:40 on Thursday, July 4, during a targeted operation and ambush, NRFA forces managed to kill Hafiz Abdulbari Chakhansuri, a member of the Taliban police command in Nimroz province, in the second district of the city of Nimroz.
His weapon fell into the hands of the NRFA forces. He was a cruel man and played an important role in the persecution of the people of this province.
