The Afghan Taliban use the wealth of the north, the land of non-Afghans (Tajiks, Uzbeks, Hazaras, and other non-Pashtuns), for the well-being of the Pashtuns of southern Afghanistan.
Author: Siddiq Andarabi, a commander of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan, especially for “Sangar”
The Afghans have been in power in Afghanistan for almost 300 years. Once Habibullah Kalakani, and another time, the martyr Ustad Rabbani and Ahmadshah Massoud, the National Hero of the country, were able to take power from this ethnic group.
We all know that when Ustad Rabbani came to power, this tribe rebelled against his multi-party Islamic government from multiple sides. Gulbuddin Hekmatyar on the one hand, the Taliban on the other, and the remnants of the Afghan communists on the third side, and all Afghans burned with only one desire - to take power from the Tajiks.
The atrocities and crimes of the Afghans are not hidden from anyone, from the massacre of the Hazaras by the bloodthirsty Abdurakhman, the treachery of Nadir and the bloodthirstiness of Taraki, Amin, and Najib, to the rocket bombing of Kabul - the Tajik city by Gulbuddin, the crimes of Mullah Omar, and twenty years of terror of the rest of the non-Afghans, corruption, fanaticism and the serial killings of Karzai and Ghani.
For the past twenty years, the Taliban Afghan has committed crimes, and the Afghan Karzai has protected him. The Afghan worked as a farmer during the day and killed people at night. Karzai called them brothers, and Ghani freed thousands of Taliban assassins.
Finally, with the help of another Afghan, but a US citizen, Khalilzad (an Afghan is an Afghan even in the US!), they ensured the absolute power of the Afghans, transferring power to the Taliban - the Afghans. It should be noted that the Americans and other Anglo-Saxons always support the Afghans. They are even related by blood.
In the governments of Karzai and Ghani, premature democracy allowed the inclusion of other ethnic groups in power. The Afghans were irritated, although the main power was in the hands of Ghani and some of their other tribesmen. For twenty years they pursued a policy of eliminating and killing non-Afghan leaders, however, they could not make the government absolutely Afghan. They decided to return the Taliban so that the power of the Afghans would become one hundred percent complete.
Talib is Afghan. The Taliban of other tribes are just slaves and do not even have the right to eat bread. The Talibs seek to destroy the rest, and if they do not stop, then they will achieve their goal.
Today is the time for all non-Afghans to unite. I am with a weapon, another with a pen, a third with a book, a fourth with politics, and everyone must take responsibility at their own level. The Taliban war is not for Islam. There are no infidels here in Afghanistan. The Afghans have been using religion and irreligion as an excuse to kill non-Afghans and seize absolute power for years.
We non-Afghans have an obligation to fight for our identity and our culture. The civilization, culture, and language of the non-Afghan peoples will be destroyed at any cost, we must take our rights by force. Let the people remember that we who stand on the heights of the Hindu Kush against ignorance and oppression want freedom. Our girls have to go to school and university. Our women should work, no one should be a second-rate sex and a second-rate person.
Non-Afghan writers should also write about those who are fighting for the freedom of their people. They should write about betrayals, they should not show mercy to anyone. They must reflect on the facts so that future generations will know what crimes the Afghans committed and how many non-Afghan mercenary slaves served them.
Look at the big crimes of the Taliban. Crimes are being committed, women have been excluded from society... and not a single Afghan has raised his voice and never will. If a non-Afghan raises his voice, he will be shot as a "rebel". They are killing civilians of other ethnic groups, killing underage children, but infidels, communists, mullahs, democrats, and technocrats of Afghans gather around the table and work on plans to strengthen their power.
In an unequal war, if they take prisoners, they shoot prisoners of war contrary to all religious, civil, and international rules and values.
The North development project will pose a constant strategic threat to indigenous peoples. The sale of Balkhab coal to Pakistan, gold and lapis lazuli from Badakhshan to international smugglers, and a 4,800-kilometer section of the Amu Darya oil field to China are all non-Afghan riches that Afghans consider war trophies to finally complete the process of having four wives.
According to World Bank and UN statistics, the northern, northeastern, and central regions of Afghanistan are the center of gravity of the current poverty in the country. If we look at 17 months after the return of the Taliban emirate, the anti-Taliban territory has become the prey of the regime, and internal exploitation actually continues. The North, as a humanitarian sector, has been deprived of the informal opium economy, which is the main income of the peasants of the Afghan South. Access to Western humanitarian aid is very limited for Northerners due to the non-cooperation of the Taliban, ethnic NGO egos, and Western donor disinterest.
At the same time, the Taliban regime collects money, zakat, ushr, tithing, jizya, money for favors, bribes... from the people, which exacerbates poverty. Most importantly, they have removed other ethnic groups from the workforce and are clearing offices of non-Afghan ethnic groups.
With the return of the Taliban ethnic emirate, power was purged of non-Pashtuns. The government is the largest employer in Afghanistan. When the official policy of the government is to marginalize part of society, the result is a violation of the minimum socio-economic balance or local socio-economic system of the society.
At the same time, the economic war of the Taliban against women has the most negative effect on urban women and the anti-Taliban territory, historically established, for example, with female teachers - the main income of women in Kabul, Badakhshan, Bamiyan, etc. While the Taliban have restricted the work of women in their territory in the production of opium, under such conditions, people in the North are dying of hunger and the wrath of winter. Every Afghan gets enough food and money every month. On the other hand, truckloads of coal are sent to Pakistan to cover the costs of the Afghans.
You compare the human suffering of the inhabitants of Balkhab and Karanmunjan and the entire non-Afghan territory with the subsistence of the Afghans.
The Talib, threatening people with weapons and ignorance, created such a situation that non-Afghans could not raise their heads. But people must be sensitive to their local resources. I'm not kidding. The process of internal colonization by conquest must be broken. The fact that an ignorant and barbarous group is plundering the life, property, dignity and natural resources of our region without an emotional connection must be stopped.
The exploitative policies of the Taliban are based on the historical "nationalist" mindset of these people. They regard the land, wealth, and honor of non-Afghans as trophies of war and have repeatedly taken them hostage, and now this method has become an accepted part of power relations in society, and the oppression factor does not show any sense of accountability and transparency to the indigenous people.
Our people must know the facts and watch with their own eyes how the Afghans plunder our wealth. If we ignore this truth for reasons of expediency, we are committing an injustice. We need to settle scores with the Afghans. Even if you have to divide the country to get rid of this ignorant and hired ethnic group.
