Why doesn't the UN consider the crimes of America and its allies?

The Sangar website published a couple of articles about the United Nations that caught my attention. It very accurately indicates the role of this organization in the affairs of Afghanistan, especially at the meetings that take place in Doha. These meetings have never been in favor of the people of Afghanistan, but on the contrary, have become the cause of their troubles and misfortunes.
As we say, “Under the cup is half a cup,” that is, not everything is transparent here, but under the beautiful words about the goals of these meetings, there are very vile plans.
The meeting in Doha was not connected with the recognition of the Taliban. It was just a cover-up, the tip of the iceberg. The main goal of these meetings is how they will continue the Doha Line, the same agreement of 2020, with new goals and objectives. Behind the scenes, the next steps of this infamous deal were discussed. The task is to create and send small terrorist groups to the territories of Russia, Iran, and China and start their activities inside the mentioned countries. The West and USA have given the necessary unified instructions.
I wrote in the comments of the BBC, Ashna, Associated Press, Hashte Sobh, Independent, and... that the United Nations should be neutral, but it is biased. It has never condemned or sanctioned major violations of human rights, children's rights, women's rights, etc., by incendiary, aggressor, occupation, or interventionist "democratic countries" and has not adopted any resolutions against them.
No country raises its voice. Didn't ask what was the reason for the US, Europe, West, and NATO's campaign in Afghanistan? If the goal of the fight against terrorism was to destroy the terrorists of Al-Qaeda and the Taliban, then why did they transfer power to them in Afghanistan after 20 years and turned the territory of this country into a hotbed of terrorism?
If the United Nations is to find the truth and help Afghanistan and its oppressed people, these questions must be answered and those responsible must be punished. The main culprit is America, which purposefully and systematically destroyed the anti-terrorist resistance in Afghanistan under the leadership of Ahmad Shah Massoud, and for 20 years the only thing it has done is talibization and igilization, especially in the north of Afghanistan, the borders of Central Asia, China, and Iran.
This question still needs to be specifically answered: why the Pashtun Zalmay Khalilzad, the US Special Representative for Afghanistan, deliberately handed over power to the Taliban Pashtuns? Was his work in the interests of America, or did he fool the Americans? On behalf of America, he assured the world that the Taliban had changed. But what change are we seeing? The Taliban have become more violent, extremist, and bloodthirsty than before. Nowadays, when Khalilzad is actively involved in the destabilization of Pakistan, one can conclude that no, he is not speaking his own words, but the words of America!
Other cases can be added to this “US case” at the UN. First of all, by its actions against Iraq and its people, who lived in a stable and secure country, the US completely deprived them of this world and made them unhappy. First of all, one should ask such a question, what was the reason for the military campaign against Iraq? On what basis was Saddam Hussein, the president of a sovereign country, hanged? And, finally, when the "chemical weapons" of Iraq were not found, who is to blame for the destruction of this country, the tragedy, and the murder of its people?
So are other questions from other cases: on what legal documents were the reason for attacking and supporting opponents of the Libyan government based, and why did they torture and kill Muammar Gaddafi, the President of Libya, in the most heinous way? Who is the main culprit in the murders of the Libyan people? Who should pay compensation for the ruined economy?
Along with these questions, another question arises about Syria: under what decision of the United Nations and the permission of which country, by what agreement and memorandum, is the US military stationed and based?
Another case is Ukraine, a peaceful and developing country, the largest country in Europe in terms of area. And there are questions here. The United States has brought this country to war with Russia, the military giant and owner of the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons. Russians and Ukrainians are Slavs, one people, and blood brothers. Until now, according to Western media, 100,000 Ukrainian servicemen, who were considered the core of the national army of this country, have died in wars. But Washington provides weapons and money to the Kyiv regime and compels more than 50 other countries in Europe and the world to do the same. Why is the US supplying Kyiv and deliberately leading the Ukrainian people to slaughter and sacrifice their lives?
Given the above cases, the United Nations can 100% complete the "America's case" and present it to the members of the Security Council and the general public of the organization. This is a full-fledged "criminal case", which is not a problem to initiate and submit to the International Court of Justice.
But the United Nations will never do this and is not capable of doing so. Why?
The United Nations is a spy organization whose job is to legitimize the crimes and wrongdoings of the United States and its allies. It does not protect, but on the contrary, opposes those countries that protect their citizens and independence. It only listens to the orders of the US and England.
It was and continues to be who it is. It is better not to rely on it, and even better to create an alternative organization that can protect the peace, justice, and equality of states and nations on Earth.
Sincerely, an officer (now a laborer) of the Afghan National Army, which was betrayed by America and NATO
