The Taliban, distracting the region and the world with their lies and tricks of the “war against ISIS”, are strengthening terrorist groups in order to one day deliver the final blow to the security of the world and the region.

On the third day of the custom-made Loya jirga in Kabul, with the participation of representatives and supporters of the Taliban, this terrorist group used a new method to crush the opposition and mislead the international community.

By holding this planned meeting, this terrorist group wanted to obtain Sharia permission from the ulema of Afghanistan to suppress critics and opponents of their despotic and authoritarian regime, and on the other hand, through this ploy to enlist the support of the international community in the fight against ISIS.

The seventh article of the declaration of this criminal group states: “We are shouting loudly that the evil phenomenon called ISIS is the modern Kharijites and a false sect spreading in our Islamic country, therefore any help or relationship with them is unacceptable.”

Although there are many terrorist groups operating in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, such as Al-Qaeda, Jamaat Ansarullah (Tajikistan), East Turkistan Islamic Movement (China), Katibat al-Bukhari (Uzbekistan), Tehriki Taliban Pakistan, branches of which are closely associated with ISIS, as well as with the Taliban.

Not so long ago, national and international media published reports of al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri's oath of allegiance to the emir of the Taliban terrorists, indicating an extension of the Taliban's pact with the al-Qaeda network.

Similarly, from the gentleness and agreement of the Taliban at the meeting of their own mullahs with other fundamentalist groups - with the exception of ISIS - it is clear that this group is collaborating with all terrorist organizations because they collaborated with it in the occupation of Afghanistan and are still working with it for achieving their goals. All of them swore allegiance to the Taliban after the occupation of Afghanistan again.

It is clear that the Al-Qaeda network, the East Turkestan Islamic Movement, and the Jamaat Ansarullah operate as terrorist groups under the auspices of the Taliban, and their alliance poses serious threats to the security of the region, neighboring countries, and the world.

It follows from the statement of the Taliban's clear hostility to ISIS that the efforts of this group to obtain an oath of allegiance from ISIS were unsuccessful, and therefore it is trying to obtain a verdict from the ulema on Sharia in order to create preconditions for suppressing both ISIS and its political opponents and critics under the pretext fight against ISIS.

The Taliban want to pursue two goals with the help of a cunning method of enmity with ISIS: firstly, to enlist the support of the international community and countries concerned about the activities of ISIS in Afghanistan, and secondly, the Taliban are well aware that the people of Afghanistan do not support its authoritarian regime and the ranks of their opposition and resistance are growing day by day. Therefore, they chose the technique of enmity with ISIS as a good excuse to suppress and destroy their opponents.

For example, this criminal group is trying to identify and eliminate their opponents and critics, and then claim that they killed people associated with ISIS.

This is what they did not so long ago in the provinces of Takhar, Parvan, and other regions of Afghanistan. They killed civilians, opponents, and critics of the authoritarian regime, and then announced that we had destroyed ISIS forces.

Therefore, the hostility of the Taliban towards ISIS lies in the suppression of critics and opponents of the regime and misleading the international community so that they can eliminate their ideological and political opponents, on the one hand, and on the other, with the support of the international community, create the basis for official recognition and interaction with countries.

But from the very beginning of the Doha peace talks, the Taliban have shown that they do not stick to any of their obligations and have always lied to the international community and the people of Afghanistan.

Given the bad history of the Taliban, we believe that this group has involved the world and the people of Afghanistan in lies and deceit in order to pave the way for the further unification of terrorist groups in this country and then achieve their next goals of destabilizing the situation in the region and the world.
