What do US-British PR agencies do?

Author: Talib Aliyev, “Sangar”

An analysis of the information space and the techniques and methods used by modern media shows that today any person or society as a whole can be instilled with any thought that will be perceived by them as absolute truth. Western countries have understood this for a long time and effectively use this knowledge for their own purposes. Let's take a look at how it works.

The United States of America and Great Britain, as part of the course of global dominance, have formed a multi-level system for processing public opinion, which is successfully operating in almost all countries of the world. If today in Washington or London they decide that some German burgher or subject, for example, Estonia, should buy Adidas sneakers, or vote for the right candidate in the elections, this will be done without any problems. The reason for this is the huge and extensive network of PR agencies created by the US and the UK, which today are very active and, admittedly, effectively involved in the information campaign against countries such as Iran, China, Russia, and generally recalcitrant governments that challenge them. world domination.

It was these Western agencies that brought to power an incompetent man named Ashraf Ghani, who surrendered Afghanistan to world terrorism, and comedian Vladimir Zelensky, who ruined Ukraine. At their suggestion, the "world media" inflated the death of Mahsa Amini, a girl from Iran, as a result of which thousands of people took to the square and hundreds were killed. The same media talked about the violation of human rights in Iran but vilely kept silent about the war crime of the Taliban - the execution of 56 soldiers of the Afghan National Resistance Front in the Panjshir Valley and the massacre of 120 young Hazara girls in the city of Kabul. These tragedies also did not hurt the feelings of any "human rights organization". In a word, these agencies can either put anyone on the throne or pin them to the ground.

Another example of an information campaign to create public opinion is the Tajik-Kyrgyz border conflict, which, of course, is an example of the "noticeable" work of such PR agencies. Compared to Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz side introduced an apparatus or a group of “info fighters” onto the information scene, who tried to distort the truth and present Tajikistan as an “aggressor country” with information tricks to the world consciousness. Interestingly, it was in the Kiev metro that the first samples of such “masterpieces” of these PR agencies appeared - anti-Tajik video signs. According to reliable information received from one of the regional intelligence services, a number of Kyrgyz PR specialists had previously received training for this mission from American and British specialists in Bishkek.

With the informational support of the American-British PR agencies, other "branches of hell" were created on earth - Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and ...

However, the most important front opened today by these “creators of information hell” is the Russian-Ukrainian war. Below, using the example of this tragedy, we will see which countries, organizations, and people are behind such information campaigns.

A key role in this activity is given to British citizens - Francis Ingham and Niki Regazzoni (woman). The first is the CEO of one of the largest in the West "The Public Relations and Communications Association" (PRCA, headquartered in London, with more than 30 thousand employees in different countries of the world) and is a member of the Council for Strategy and Evaluation of the UK Government Communications Service. The second is a co-founder of the leading network marketing structure "PR Network" (headquarters in London, with more than 2 thousand employees in various countries of the world).

Francis Ingham and Nicky Regazzoni are responsible for the coordinated promotion of the anti-Russian information agenda by their own and similar medium and small organizations. In the office of the President of Ukraine, they are directly called the directors of resonant actions similar to the “events in the city of Bucha”.

Such a mechanism is organized by the US National Security Council, the US State Department, and the British Foreign Office in order to impose Western approaches and manipulate public opinion, as well as cover up the operations of the US intelligence community and British intelligence agencies. The US Agency for International Development (USAID), the National Endowment for Democracy (NED, USA), the Soros Foundation, as well as the governments of Great Britain and the Czech Republic are connected to its financing. In the case of Ukraine, the distribution of financial flows is entrusted to the local Foreign Ministry.

This approach allows the Anglo-Saxons to demonstrate “massive support” for their policies in the world and fend off accusations of direct interference in the internal affairs of other states, including by replicating statements about the “democratic” nature of the public response to world processes. That is why Western countries are so "worried" about the observance of democratic values throughout the world because this gives them the opportunity to introduce their non-governmental organizations in other countries and form public opinion in them. And that is exactly how everything works during Russia's special military operation in Ukraine. After all, we learn all the news from the media and often do not have the opportunity to buy a plane ticket to Kyiv and personally verify the veracity of the news release he watched about a rocket hit a residential building.

The described scheme looks perfect, but it also has drawbacks - corruption, misuse of budgetary and especially non-budgetary funds, and violations of tax laws, which create the prerequisites for compromising this system, including damaging the reputation of individual private companies and individuals.
