ISIS was created not for an Islamic caliphate, but to confront Russia, China and Iran.

PART I

As a result of the terrible terrorist attack that occurred on Friday evening at the Crocus City concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, more than 140 people were killed. At least the same number of wounded are still in hospitals.

Given the ongoing war in Ukraine, this terrorist attack could not have happened by accident.

Previously, the United States announced the occurrence of a similar incident to demonstrate its nobility in matters of Russian security and justify itself. This is a sign that the United States is working closely with these terrorists, and with this action, it is warning Russia that it must expect more threats and sabotage because the United States cannot accept defeat in Ukraine.

For the simple reason that this failure is a strategic failure of Western imperialism, especially European imperialism.

The West lost its moral authority in the process of the Zionist genocide in the Gaza Strip, and the golden palace of “human rights”, “feminism”, and “democracy and freedom” collapsed irrevocably.

The completion of this defeat on the military and political battlefields will double the future problems of the West. The imperialist-Zionist terrorism of ISIS in Russia is a continuation of the West's staging and mourning of Alexei Navalny, who was defeated and must minimize the consequences of free elections in Russia and victories on the Ukrainian battle fronts. These measures are also part of the implementation of combined psychological warfare.

It is obvious that these ISIS attacks in Moscow are not accidental, they are part of a long-term project of the West in Central Asia, West Asia, aimed at creating instability and destruction in these countries so that the Silk Road project cannot be completed.

Some countries in the region, including Türkiye, Israel, and Ukraine, also represent their interests in this project. This terrorism is of the same type as the attacks that took place in Pakistan against Chinese engineers and workers. After this incident, the Prime Minister of Pakistan - a product of the US and England - ran to the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad to pay his respects and condolences.

Instead of sending the foreign minister or the interior minister to the Chinese embassy, Shahbaz Sharif himself went there to let him know that he, more inclined towards England and the USA, knows how much Pakistan depends on China, and if China leaves from this country, what will happen to the dilapidated and destroyed economy of the country, full of corruption and strife.

It is clear that the attacks by takfiri and extremist terrorist elements on Chinese workers are similar to the attacks launched by Western intelligence agencies against Iran and Russia.

ISIS Khorasan was created by the US and Israel through their connections in Syria, Turkey and Afghanistan after the Americans fled Afghanistan.

Apparently, ISIS is not fighting to create an Islamic caliphate in the victim countries, but its goal is clearly to fight against Russia, China and Iran. It is interesting that this ISIS, even when participating in terrorist operations, does not sacrifice itself, but tries to escape and save its life, and prefers this world to that world.

It's no secret that ISIS was founded by the Americans, as Hillary Clinton has repeatedly admitted. Even Donald Trump said in his speech about ISIS: “ISIS is honoring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. He founded ISIS. And, I would say the co-founder would be crooked Hillary Clinton.”

ISIS-Khorasan will never be able to exist and develop without weapons, technical means, equipment, operative, financial, and satellite information. The large sum of money at its disposal, which is used to purchase mercenaries, shows that the factor of religious faith is of no importance among them.

They are just mercenaries and even knew in advance which “rescue” window they should go to the West to cross into Ukraine after committing terrorist crimes. They have become a tool for implementing imperialist policies because the imperialists do not want to directly dirty their hands with destruction and murder and create legal and global problems for themselves.

ISIS's goal is not to create an Islamic caliphate but to become a joint stock company providing terrorist services serving the United States, Israel, Turkey, Europe and Ukraine, like the American company Blackwater.

The terrorism that is practiced in Moscow, if declared in the name of Ukraine, Israel and the United States, is an official declaration of war on the Russian government, but in cyberspace, no one can cope with the presence of the “invisible” ISIS.

In practice, ISIS implements the same US policies in the region and has become an instrument of new pressure and threat against Russia, China and Iran throughout the region. The strengthening of ISIS-Khorasan should be assessed as a reaction of imperialism in the context of a multipolar world, the struggle and deadly convulsions of American hegemony in it...

PART II

In Balochistan and Kurdistan, they carried out terrorist operations to split Iran and finally, after the failure of this Zionist project, they resorted to a terrorist attack in Kerman at the hands of ISIS-Khorasan militants. Their goal was to destroy Iran and create an atmosphere of threat and insecurity among the people. The essence of all three horrors is the same. Its operatives are not Americans, Israelis or Ukrainians, but the thread of their operations is in the hands of these main sources of terrorism.

The Turkish government, which cooperates closely and brotherly with ISIS and the terrorists of Idlib, trains ISIS Tatars and sends them to Ukraine. Thanks to their connections in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Uzbek part of Afghanistan, which was previously under the control of former General "Dostum" in Afghanistan, it was busy fulfilling their long-term roles.

Since then, the Turkish government has needed and needs these factors of pressure and destruction to put pressure on Iran and weaken Iran and openly interfere in the internal affairs of Syria and Iraq.

The Turkish government seeks to create a security threat in eastern Iran to divide Iran and extract concessions from Iran in Syria and Iraq. They transfer all their terrorist experience in collaboration with pan-Turkists and Zionists to this new terrorist enterprise to use it in time.

Israel treated ISIS wounded on the Syrian border and, through Turkey, established relations with them and acts as a strategic force in ISIS policy.

Members of ISIS-Khorasan and al-Qaeda from the Central Asian republics can legally live and work in Turkey and successfully integrate into society there. All their actions are under the control of the Turkish government. These people in Turkey are waiting for orders to carry out terrorist attacks from their founders. The Basaksehir district of Istanbul is a popular refuge for Uzbek, Tajik and Turkmen immigrants. This is a virgin recruiting ground for ISIS-Khorasan by the Turkish government.

Today, ISIS-Khorasan has claimed responsibility for killing people, creating instability and destruction in the region. They intend to make violence, murder, terrorism, and destruction a normal occurrence. The policy of normalizing terrorism and violence is part of their strategic policy, which they carried out in Iran and continues to be carried out in cyberspace by masked agents of Zionism.

Imperialism and its allies need the existence of such a terrorist service provider both locally and online to block the Silk Road, create instability and divide countries.

ISIS-Khorasan is one of their instruments of pressure and threats. They turned ISIS-Khorasan into an instrument of pressure to impose their regional policy and use it in time. But their origin is imperialism and Zionism, which use these tools based on materials, and requirements of time and place.
