The Taliban beheaded two men in the Kuhistan district for collaborating with the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan.
Kunduz, October 13 - Sangar, Jamshid Badakhshi. But this is not the only example of the crimes and lawlessness of the Taliban in Raghs, which forced the Badakhshanis to join the ranks of the resistance.

A resident of Kuhistan, whom we cannot name for security reasons, told the correspondent of the Sangar website that last night, October 12, in the village of Safed, the Taliban beheaded two men - Abdulqahhar, the son of Islambay, and Abdulatif, the son of Abdulqayum, - accusing them of aiding the Resistance Front.
“Interestingly, Abduqahhar's uncle named Abdul works in Taliban intelligence in Kuhistan. Abdulatif's brother Ashur is the bodyguard of Mawlavi Abdullah, head of the Kuhistan administration, and his uncle, named Abduwadud, is the most experienced and dedicated talib in the area. Now try to measure the stupidity of the Taliban,” he added.
According to the source, the man who beheaded these young men, Abdulaziz Mustaghfir, the Taliban's deputy intelligence chief in Kuhistan, is one of the men of Mawlavi Najib Raghi, one of the prominent Taliban commanders in Badakhshan, now the police chief of Laghman province.
“He had about 40 people, and he enjoyed great respect from Mawlavi Najib until the fall of the republic. After the fall Najib disarmed him and left him to his fate. Recently, Mullah Rahimullah, the head of Kuhistan's intelligence service, who was an acquaintance of his, appointed Mustaghfir as his deputy. Now it is not known how the relatives of the victims will react to such disrespect,” the source said.
“Sangar” sources say that the Raghs' Taliban of Badakhshan, the vast majority of whom are mullahs who have been trained in Pakistani schools, are very radical and loyal to the terrorist regime of the Taliban, and, perhaps, no less than the Kandaharis and Helmandis.
“They beat to death many times, insulted and humiliated the youth of the Raghs, even for listening to music, shaving their beards, doing their hair, etc. For example, before the fall of the republic, Mavlavi Hadji, now the head of the administration of the Yavan region, beat a young man to death in the Raghistan district with a stick for shaving off his beard," another source said.
Sources also tell very creepy stories about the moral depravity of the Raghs Taliban. After coming to power, they committed acts contrary to the principles of Islam, for example, the brother-in-law of Mawlavi Abdullah, the head of the Kuhistan district, kidnapped a married woman from Kunduz and brought her home to Kuhistan.
“The moral decay of the Taliban has reached its peak. For example, a Taliban from the village of Ghurpala raped a girl from the village of Kundrim who became pregnant, but he was not punished. The bodyguard of Mavlavi Haji, the head of the administration of the Yavan district, named Qari Mohib, known as Qari Amir, hafiz of the Quran, from the village of Samchun in the same district, raped his sister-in-law, who also became pregnant, and he was not punished. Interestingly, the wife and sister-in-law of Qari Mohib are the nephews of the head of the county,” the source said.
The interlocutor of "Sangar" says that the crimes and moral corruption of the Rag Taliban aroused the anger of the people and dragged the youth into the ranks of the Resistance Front. The first young men who resisted in Badakhshan were from the Rags, whose most famous commander is Ehsanullah Mubariz.
Raghs (taj. Roghho) is the common name of the three districts of the Badakhshan province - Kohistan, Raghistan, and Yavan. The latter borders the Shurabad region of Tajikistan.
