Swear to God and your honor, to tell the truth. I wonder what day is the real independence day of Afghanistan, when is the real date of our independence?
1 - Many Afghans consider August 18 to be the day of Afghan independence achieved by Ghazi Amanullah Khan.
2 - Nader Shah and his son Zahir Shah always considered and celebrated September 1 as the country's independence day.
3 - After Dawood Khan came to power, he declared the 16th of July as Independence and Republic Day and celebrated it every year.
4 - The Khalqi and Parchami (communist) governments named and celebrated April 26 as Afghanistan's Independence and Freedom Day.
5 - The Mujahideen celebrated April 28 as Independence Day every year.
6 - Dr. Najibullah declared February 14 as the day for the salvation of Afghanistan and the withdrawal of Russian troops from Afghanistan.
7 - The government of Hamid Karzai and Ashraf Ghani celebrated April 27 for the Mujahideen and August 18.
8 - And now the Taliban celebrate August 15 as the day of the true return and independence of the country.
After this, it is unclear who will come to power and what day he calls Independence Day. Isn't it a shame for a country that has ten types of independence and everyone who comes to power considers the day they come to power as Afghanistan's Independence Day?
Which day is Afghanistan's true independence day?
Everyone who came to power by force, forgery, or treachery seized power and subsequently called the day of his coming to power the day of freedom and independence of Afghanistan.
Therefore, the Afghan people should decide for themselves which day will be the real independence day of Afghanistan, which, I think, has not yet come.
