Article 7 of the Islamic Human Rights Act bans the torture of the people, and it is not permissible to execute or imprison a person without trial

The Afghan people must fight fiercely against the ideology of the DWQ. The Taliban has announced a resumption of executions and a ceasefire. Amputation of hand is introduced when the offender out of greed has committed an act of theft. When a criminal out of poverty commits a sin, the hand of the state must be stopped. Please take a look at this story of Caliph Omar:
The Second Caliph of Islam, 'Umar, asked Amr ibn al-'As, the ruler of Egypt:
- What would you do if someone stole in your Caliphate?
Amr ibn al-'Os said:
- I swear on the name of Allah, that I will cut his hand off.
The second Caliph of the Muslims said to him:
- I swear, if a hungry man comes to me, I will cut your hand off!
The second issue is that the accused must go through the trial and must be provided with a lawyer. But the Taliban deprived people of this right.
The Taliban are a backward group, and any reconciliation with them would hurt the Muslim people of Afghanistan. With the help of Pakistan, they terrorized Afghanistan in the name of Islam and we, the Muslim nation of Afghanistan, have full respect for international human rights and Islamic human rights, which was accepted in the International Islamic Conference on September 19, 1981, in accordance with 28 Sunnah 1360 AH. Article 7 of the Islamic Human Rights Act bans the torture of the people and does not allow the person to be executed or cut off his hand without trial.
I named the Taliban regime "DWQ". The letter "D," means the Indian dictatorship that emerged through the colonial school; the letter "W" means Wahhabis, an absolute sect of Arab immigrants whose hands are tied to Wahhabis in Saudi Arabia; the letter "Q", which means ethnic and tribal, is used in Afghanistan, and especially close to the Taliban.
Interestingly, one of its meanings in Arabic of the abbreviation "DWQ", which I created, is "to be stupid." Today, the people of Afghanistan, in the name of religion and Sunnah, are essentially opposed to a new ideology, which is named "DWQ," that is, an idiot who is thousands of years away from the Islam of Muhammad (SAW).
Reconciliation and recognition of this group will lead Afghanistan to collapse therefore; Afghanistan must never give them time to progress and bury their nails in the name of religion and tradition and exploit the people.
It is true that war is not the way of the solution but it is not also the solution to recognize a group of ignorant and stupid people, and it is necessary to fight them with the noble Islamic values, not to give them a chance to breathe a sigh of relief. Any cooperation with DWQ is a betrayal of the people and the religion of Islam. Only those who support:
a) are affiliated with a Wahhabi sect;
b) are ethnic and tribal groups;
c) are obstacles to all real Islamic values and international norms.
