Author: Dr. Yaqub Lais Saffar
FIRST: in the second decade of the first quarter of the 20th century, Afghanistan gained independence, and the extreme and sudden reforms of Shah Amanullah forced the people, scientists, pirs, and khans to overthrow his government under the leadership of Amir Habibullah Kalakani, and he became the second fugitive king after Shah Shoja in the history of Afghanistan. This meant that the one who rose from the people would remain in this country, as, for example, Amir Habibullah Kalakani did not flee after the fall of his government.
SECOND: Amir Habibullah Kalakani was the son of a water carrier and a Mujahideen. His father was a Mujahideen water carrier in the first war of independence against the British. He was a brave officer and an excellent military leader. His biography shows that courage is required to achieve the royal crown, to be from the people, and to be with the people, and even today a young man from the foothills can tightly tie his belt and acquire the crown of the head of state.
THIRD: Naderkhan overthrew Khabibullah's government with the help of the British, deceived him through the Mujadadi dynasty, sealed the oath on the Qur'an, and then breaking it, began the propaganda against him and his people, i.e. Tajiks. He called him "Bachae Saqo" (Son of the Water Carrier) and through the press made this nickname famous in the country and the world. The followers of Amir Habibullah gave Nader Khan the nickname "Nadir ghaddar" (Nadir traitor) based on his anti-discursive act.
FOURTH: After the martyrdom of Amir Habibullah Kalakani, until today, there were two intellectual spectrums of the struggle for the crown, of course, as a symbolic ideology; One of them is the ideology of Sakavism, and the other is the ideology of Ghaddarism.
FIFTH: Ghaddarists or Pashtunists regard Afghanistan as the land of the Afghans/Pashtuns, and the rest of the inhabitants of the country as immigrants who should be slaves of the Pashtuns. The Saqawists believe that the name of this country is fictitious, the history of this country is fictitious, and the Pashtuns come from the Suleiman Mountains. It is necessary to change the name of the country and give it a name so that all ethnic groups can see in it their historical and ethnic identity. All ethnic groups are the main inhabitants of this country, and everyone should have their share in the power, politics, economy, and cultural honors of the country.
SIXTH: Ghaddarists (Pashtunists) are in favor of a system of centralized government, which should control all the provinces from the center and gradually Pashtunize and occupy the lands of other ethnic groups. The Saqawists are in favor of a decentralized democratic system / democratic federalism, for the recognition of autonomy and the right to determine the fate of ethnic groups, so that all ethnic groups can achieve ethnic and national respect.
SEVENTH: Ghaddarists (Pashtunists) use any ideology such as monarchism, communism, Ikhwanism, liberalism, and deobandism to have all the power in their hands and turn other nations into their slaves. The Saqawists are trying to be free and honest and resist the oppression of the Ghaddarists.
EIGHTH: The last strategy and tactic of the Ghaddarists are to destroy the language and identity and take away all the lands of the Tajiks, Uzbeks, Hazaras, and other ethnic groups. The last tactic of the Saqavists should be to refuse political cooperation with the Pashtuns as the last strategy and tactics and build a country of Tajik-Turk-Khazaras together with Turks and Hazaras.
NINTH: Amir Habibullah Kalakani himself is a symbol of the newest strategy and the latest tactics of the Sakavist. In fact, Kabulistan, Turkestan, Khazaristan, Heratistan, and Goristan should be wrested from the hands of the Kaddarists, and only Pashtunistan should be left by neighbors with their master Pakistan and let them kill each other as much as they want.
TENTH: Saqawism is the ideology of wearing and acquiring a crown. Saqawists should not be content with anything other than the crown. To have a crown is to have dignity, and to be without a crown is to be a nobody.
